Overall Review: Honestly in the first month or so I ended up with a dead pixel in my screen. I have dealt with this before and I pressed on it with my thumb and it disappeared. Never came back since and it's been at least a year? Idk but I liked it so much I bought another one and that one is doing well. I plan on giving it some time and if it works out with no problems I think I will be getting a third one to complete my set-up so I can start to stream again like when I was in college. Maybe if I come by some extra money in the future I will have to get it.
Overall: Solid product and having a smooth monitor for shooters is a must. The one dot is the only reason I am giving this product a 4. I am too stubborn to deal with sending stuff back. haha
Pros: Sturdy stand when secured
Good pivoting
Very high refresh rate and compatible with adaptive sync tech
No noticeable blurring or artifacts
Great viewing angles
Decent color gamut
Multiple modern I/O options
Comes with 165hz available out of the box
Cons: Slight green tint to colors, will need to lower the green on the monitor by 2-3 points
Requires lots of adjustment out of the box as it comes very bright and oversaturated
Monitor modes rarely look good so you might as well just customize it
Speakers are just bad bad bad
Overall Review: Solid, but could be better in many ways. If you're looking for a good monitor for the price, this is it, just be prepared to adjust things to your taste as it won't look good at factory settings for most people.
Pros: -No ghosting panel.
-Pretty minimal backlight bleed, as it is not curved.
-The stand is pretty incredible, tilts every direction basically.
-Not bad on colors and brightness for a TN.
-3.5 MM Audio Jack for upgrading the sound to your liking.
Cons: -Just 1 DPI port could be dangerous, if it goes out, there goes your 165hz compatibility away forever.
-Also 1 HDMI, same reason as above but with 144hz, this is a dangerous choice by the manufacturer, but in their defense, this is an older model.
Overall Review: If you are looking for a ZERO ghosting panel, to play fast, FPS games, have the edge against the competition, this is it at 0.5ms. You can get better picture quality at a cheaper price with newer panels, but in my experience, you will have a hard time finding one without ghosting at an affordable price. I have a few new models from various vendors and the blurring/ghosting on most of them is noticeable even for novice gamers. Save your money, get this to game and try to invest in a 2nd one solely for picture quality, it will cost you less in the long run, IMO.

Pros: Fantastic clarity, color, and contrast. Can't wait to explore the features that this monitor has to offer. I see that the 27" monitor of this type is at the same price, plus a rebate (Black Friday Deal). However, reading the reviews about dead pixels, I'll stick with this monitor.
Cons: The speakers. Why? Why even bother. They are only 2 watts per channel, and represent the sound of a tin can. They are far from being able to provide substantial output.
The age of this monitor. The manual is dated 2018. This concerns me for availability of future driver updates. The website reveals supported for this monitor back to Windows 7. Just how long does Asus support their devices??????
Cable Management: An idiotic design. The only cable that you can feed through the narrow channel would be that of a USB cable. The accompanied DisplayPort connector will not fit. Even the L shaped power plug to power the monitor will not fit. By reviewing the picture, one would think that either the complete back would come off, or at least the quarter of the back panel. But nooo, it's fixed. The instruction booklet doesn't even touch on the subject of cable management. Fair warning, do not attempt to stick your finger into the channel. I till get caught.
Overall Review: I have read all too many reviews where people are neglecting to identify the monitor that they purchased. With that to consider, i have taken the liberty of providing the model in my "Title" field.
Pros: - Very responsive.
- Can be set to auto-off and auto-on with input signal (works for all ports).
- Heavy base. It won't be falling over unless you want it to.
- Colors are great. Games with Ray Tracing look gorgeous on this display.
- You can turn on a crosshair in the center of the screen if you're into that. Killing Floor 2 could benefit from it.
Cons: - The buttons you control input and such with feel kinda cheap, especially the joystick one.
- The internal speakers are horrible. I use my computer with a bluetooth sound system and/or headset, so it doesn't bother me.
Overall Review: It's a great monitor, but if you swap input sources often then you might be worried about that joystick-like button because it feels like it'd wear out quickly. You'll also definitely want to get some external speakers or a headset, because this one has terrible ones.
Everything else is perfectly fine, I'd recommend this display to anybody who wants a reasonably sized gaming display for their desktop.
Overall Review: I had an old computer monitor from like 8 years ago. So i decided to buy this as an upgrade. The only thing i was upgrading was the refresh rate. This monitor sucks. The colors are washed. Graphics are pixelated. I tried everything, update the drivers, downloaded an icc profile, adjusting monitor setting and it didnt do anything. My old monitor actually had better visuals than this one. Im returning it.

Overall Review: I bought a AsusVG248QE , the older Version of this lineup a 2013 model to be exact. That model is literally 30 times better than this one , but it’s hard to find since they don’t make them anymore . They replaced the well built ones with these washed out ones. Don’t buy , it’s not a good monitor even for the price .
