Cons: Very long. Odd dimensions. Does not fit with my Hi-Fi rack. No easy way to install HD or second HD. Only 2 SATA power connectors. Losts of sharp edges. I cutm yself while building this system

Overall Review: Need IR receiver, or at least a spot where one could be installed.

Pros: 1. Solid build quality 2. Nice Paint 3. unique layout 4. Add two fans to the sides (one intake, one exhaust) and it will have incredible airflow as long as you don't have any full height expansion cards

Cons: 1. Need to remove the front panel to get at the switch on your UPS. The from plate is pressure fitted, so continuous removal may wear out the plugs. I've done it about 10 times and it's still solid so far, but I can see this wearing out. 2. Cables for power switch, LED, etc are just barely long enough to reach where the bottom of a ful ATX motherboard when wraped around the tungsten ring. I had to use the space that would have been taken up by a 3.5" drive below the 5.25" bays 3. Almost went blind looking directly into the blue power LED. Works great as a nightlight in the kids' room. HDD LED is barely visible 4. Two 80mm rear fans barely move air, and the mounting system restricts some air flow. Can barely feel it on bare skin. The power cables are very long though, long enough to go all the way to the front of the case under the motherboard.

Overall Review: *****AS SOON AS YOU GET IT, BEFORE YOU DO ANYTHING ELSE, REMOVE THE FRONT PANEL AND CHECK THE VOLTAGE SWITCH ON THE POWER SUPPLY******* My PSU was on the wrong setting The only reason to choose this design is for looks or if you need a desktop style case that cuts down the width by making it longer. Nothing about the case screams home theatre computer, but it works fine for this application. I liked the blue front panel because it's going into my Son's room, and it matches. get a 5.25" to 3.5" drive adapter and put the hard drive under the optical drive. This is required if both drives are on one parallel cable, but is cleaner looking even if you use SATA.

Pros: This is the very best HTPC case for use with a full ATX mother board. If your an enthusiast i would probably buy a different power supply, maybe a 300-400 watt silver or gold certified for 24 operations. My current HTPC takes about 100 watts.

Cons: you probably cant get a over-sized(length or height) video card in this puppy.

Overall Review: room for 2 hard drives, with possibility of putting and estra in the cd-rom slot

Pros: Great HTPC case. It was decent enough airflow if you add in 2x 120mm fans on the sides. The rear 80mm fans are nice and quiet. Beautiful as well, and for any non-extreme HTPC, the PSU is more than enough.

Cons: The rear fans don't push much air. But they are meant to be quiet...not powerful. Oh, and they're not SUPPOSED to light up, neither is the PSU. You can't really mark down one egg just because it doesn't light up, when its not supposed to.

Overall Review: I really love this case / PSU setup. Once I get enough parts for my second HTPC build...I will DEFINITELY be buying this case again.

Pros: Very nice design. Looks are nice and the finish on the case is attractive. Very thrifty use of space in the case, impressive layout for a ATX design.

Cons: Apevia has issues getting their hands on good power supplies apparently. This my 3rd Apevia case in the last 2 months and the power supplies are just dreadful. It's not worth returning because I honestly don't want another one from them (not to mention the inconvenience). This last PSU I took apart and I'm astounded at what I saw. It's apparent they have a talented designer, but the whoever assembled it did a horrid job. There is solder literally everywhere. Short circuits that just had to of destroyed the few IC's and probably most of the transistors in the circuit. Even if you manage to get a working condition PSU, I can attest that Apevia's PSU's are not up to handling a modern setup reliably. I don't risk it with the stock PSU's anymore, it just leads to extrememly hard to track problems. While they are thrifty is space usage and the PSU placement is interesting, it is way too difficult to get the front cover off of this case. Which is necessary to get to the PSU screws.

Overall Review: I wish they would have left the PSU out of the deal, taken $20 off the price of the case and thought the front cover removal process through a little more. It's a nice case otherwise with no foreseeable ventilation issues (unless you're just packing the case full). My suggestion would be to pass up the junk PSU and order another one.

Pros: Price after rebate makes it very attractive, but don't be fooled read the Cons.

Cons: This case has very poor ventilation, even with 120mm fans in both opening my CPU and HDD are overheating, the top cover is to blame because only has one opening for the PSU when it should have at least 1 more in top of the CPU. The paint scratches easily and it's a fingerprint magnet, power LED is more like a flashlight LED, must remain disconnected. It's too long/deep to place inside a cabinet, so it doesn't really qualifies as a HTPC case.

Overall Review: No problems with the PSU so far, but again I hardly use my HTPC due to the overheating. Don't know why Apevia do something about the top cover design, since this case has been selling for over a year here at Newegg.

Pros: This is the home for my high end custom PC components. It has fit all of them and they are working fast & cool. - Enough room for most components. - Cable management is doable with a little fore-thought. - Quite a few fan arangements - 80mm fans supplied are silent. - 2 HDD slots is fine for me as I'm using intel X25-M's that can be mounted anywhere there's room. 2 more slots convirtable if you want to block the fan mounts (not a good idea if anything produces heat). - Nice and quick slide racks for 5.25" bays. - It's cheap and I've moded it to my needs. It kept my total build cost down and looks nice in my entertainment center.

Cons: - CPU heat sink and fan needs to be short (Scythe ShurikenN rev. b worked great for me). - Blue LED on front facing is far to bright. - I did not trust the PSU and bought another. - Not enough standoffs supplied for ATX motherboard. - Too deep, it could have been wider. - PSU is in the way of the graphics cards. As it is I had to bend the GPU's power cord 90 deg. to get it in; just barely.

Overall Review: - To bring more cool air in I cut a hole in the pannel aboave the CPU to mount a 120mm fan. I used a jig saw; the alluminum is soft enough. Plenty cool now. If you do this tape the whole pannel. Anything metal will scratch the paint off with little effort. - I used a hole punch to make a paper circle that I colored Dark blue and taped over the hole. I used black electrical tape to match the front. It is the perfect brightness now and you can't tell it's been moded) - Cable management take quite awhile and can be frustrating. Take deep breaths. If you feel like throwing it, don't. Step out for a bit, get some water, and come back when you cool down. Double joints might help to. This is a good looking case and fits nice with the other components of my entertainment center. Once I got it all together and configured for thermal effiency it's been easy enough to work with. I sucessfully crammed a lot of stuff in this case, and plan to cram more. The room is there if your creative.

Pros: First thing is first, I love this case. I installed an MSI Z77MA-G45 board with an i3-3220, Sapphire HD 7870 GHz edition card, Asus bluray drive, Samsung 840 120GB SSD, and a 1.5TB WD Green HDD. More than enough room for an micro-atx board while providing excellent air flow from the two Thermaltake AF0032 120mm fan's installed on each side of the case. Replaced the pre-install rear 80mm fans with 2 Rosewill RF-80-BL fans which increased the airflow while reducing noise output.. The case is solid, well designed, and perfect for an htpc or a desktop case.

Cons: Terrible power supply. Died after only two and a half months of light use of watching movies and light gaming. The three volt rail was running to high at almost 4.5V while the 12V rail was pushing 10V at best. Whoever decided to put a cheap power supply in this case needs to be smacked. Just ordered a new LEPA N Series N500-SA 500W Power Supply to replace the piece of junk Apevia installed. I love Lepa fans, so I'm taking a leap of faith based on their quality fans and the reviews the power supply has received as well. If anyone is reading this and are thinking about buying this case do yourself a favor and buy a better power supply to go in this case.

Overall Review: Like I said this case is awesome. It will house a HD 7870 without zero clearance issues. Originally I had a Gigabyte HD 7850 2GB OC card installed until my friend needed a GPU asap.With the Gigabyte 7850 the frame of the windforce fans made it a tight fit and blocked some of the airflow in the case. After installing the smaller yet more powerful Sapphire HD 7870 airflow increased significantly. Since this is a review of the case I will not dock any eggs from the rating. Its very well laid out and after spending a little time on cable management, anyone will be satisfied with how well air flows through this case.. However the power supply is TERRIBLE and needs to be replaced. If I could, I would rate the power supply -5 eggs!
