Overall Review: I am on my 8th build using these motherboards, including 4 for a cyber-cafe that I just opened. For the price, these cannot be beat! When combined with a AMD A4-3400 and a 1366x768 monitor (admittedly not the highest resolution, but more than sufficient for most games ), these boards produce solid frame rates on almost every game I have tried. The only issue I had with these was getting the dual-GPU ability working on one of the systems. Finally discovered that 'surround view' had to be enabled in the BIOS in order to activate crossfire in Windows. This was not documented well in the manual.

Nice Board, No problems12/2/2011 3:26:54 PM
Pros: Used this board with a APU 2.5GHz and DDR3. installed Window 7 x64 no issues, nice board...
Cons: none
Overall Review: Didnt know about the UEFI, but it worked fine. Different looking then a standard BIOS.
Pros: Love the Bios! Yes, keep the CD on hand when you install as that is standard with a new mobo.
Cons: The drivers that came with the network card did not work well. keep needing to restart my computer. So i updated them and still same problem. I have had everyone i know that knows anything about computers take a look and no one understands why it fails and i have tried ever single thing on the internet to fix the problem. SO big Con is the built in next card. Sad too because that is one of the reasons i got it. Also what ever Bio Remote and many other features also do not work and again, updated and did try everything. Over all im really let down. Bad thing for me is im really poor in really life so it will be another few years before i can save up to try again and hope to not fail with my next pick.
Overall Review: Share your drivers with Windows so the best one can be auto updated. Make the website for the drivers have a US server. (.tw?)
Sorry for the bad review. I am really just disappointed.

Pros: Works with Linux Mint. Low price. Fast enough.
Cons: I had a problem at boot up in Linux mint at first -- blank screen, I think a video setup problem. I used "Boot repair disk" and added "nomodeset" to the boot setup, and it worked fine after that.
Overall Review: I used this board with a Pixxo CM-9E8A-R Computer Case, AMD A6-3650 processor, Kingston KVR1333D3N9/4G memory, LITE-ON External DVD eNAU108-111, and a Realtek wireless adapter PCI card. The bios recognized all of them no problem.
pretty cheap board would be good if worked.7/8/2012 5:41:17 PM
Pros: cheap
Cons: the board does not work restarts and boot up googled the problem and every answer turns back onto the board,

Great Motherboard6/6/2012 12:11:28 PM
Pros: This motherboard worked perfectly and was easy to set up. I installed windows 8 release preview and everything was compatible. Got the whole system up and running in 3 hours or less.
Cons: I used an A4-3400 CPU and this motherboard and it can't run Linux.
Overall Review: I was really hoping that this board could run Linux so that is the reason for only 4 eggs. The board works great though and was extremely easy to set up.
Pros: It worked, and was able to Overclock Cpu and Gpu easily. Nice colors.
Cons: Says it will run 1866 ram, false advertisement. Has the selectable speed and wont run at it, i double checked timings, voltages, everything. Called gskill, and biostar. Biostar told me to call AMD to see if it runs that ram, the processor was capable. "A8-3870k BE" Biostar said they were going to replicate my machine and do some test, and they would release a bios update for "me". I laughed inside. As i figured it was a joke. No response, only one saying we haven't heard back from the memory department. And that was 2 weeks ago. LoL what a company.
Overall Review: It worked, it was cheap what do u expect.
Manufacturer Response:
There is a bios update to support 1866 memory. At his moment is not online yet due BETA testing still and will be live when tests are done. You can also request, if you wish to run the beta bios, to contact our support staff to send you this bios update file. 626-581-1055 menu 2 or email support@biostar-usa.com
Pros: Easy to install. Supports DDR3 1866. No BSOD or install problems. Has enough slots and ports for my needs. A fantastic price.
Cons: The directions could be a little better, rather than a huge map to look at.
Overall Review: Replaced my old ASUS M2N32-SLI Deluxe with this mobo and have a ton of room now. Before even having a mid-tower case it seemed pretty crowded and most of what was on the previous mobo I didn't use or need. Great price and stability for an upgrade after 5 years.
Pros: Features and performance for the price
Cons: Included driver has a few issues with some games. Use the newest driver available at AMD.COM. Getting dual GPU ability (crossfire) working with the onboard graphics trickier than it should have been...
