Working a Full Day in Front of a Screen Is Irritating

Research shows that we work on the computer for an average of 5.7 hours each day. Staring at the screen for so long causes eye irritation. To eliminate this discomfort, take breaks and relieve eye strain with sufficient lighting.

The Built-in Ambient Light Sensor Automatically Illuminates to 500 Lux

How bright is right? BenQ's ScreenBar Plus e-Reading lamp is equipped with a sensor that detects the surrounding brightness and then adjusts to just the right lighting.

Under normal circumstances, auto dimming mode will illuminate to 500 lux. While in a dimly lit room (under 50lux), the lamp automatically adjusts illumination to 300lux, thereby eliminating the discomfort caused by a strong contrasts of light.
