HYTE Y40 Mainstream Vertical GPU Case ATX Mid Tower Gaming Case with PCI Express 4.0 x 16 Riser Cable Included, Black/White

Where gaming aesthetics meet high-performance functionality, the Y40 S-Tier Aesthetic Panoramic Tempered Glass ATX Mid-Tower Gaming Computer Case in white stands out. This sleek and modern gaming computer case is designed with an upgraded vertical graphics architecture, expanding on the Y60's exclusive design. It supports the latest and greatest graphics cards with a luxury PCIE 4.0 riser, color-matched canopy, and increased GPU support to 4 full slots. The Y40's design ensures optimal cooling with an intake fan below the power supply shroud, providing fresh air directly to the GPU. This stylish gaming case also supports up to 6 half-height expansion cards, maintaining compatibility with capture cards, PCIE SSDs, sound cards, and more.

Cooling is a priority in the Y40, mirroring its older sibling's airflow design. It comes with two pre-installed 120mm fans, one beneath the floor and one at the rear. It supports a side-mounted liquid cooler and can fit up to a 280mm radiator for custom loop configurations. The top mount can accommodate a 360mm radiator for a dual radiator setup, and it supports large air coolers over 180mm in height. Cable management is streamlined in the Y40, featuring space behind the motherboard shelf and within the PSU shroud. The cavity under the PSU shroud features HYTE's new cable "shelf, " allowing for better organization and improved GPU cooling.

The Y40 assembly is user-friendly, ideal for those familiar with ATX case building. It features a widened cable management view port on top of the case for easy CPU 8 pin power or fan header plugging. The front glass is secured with screws for easy removal during assembly, and the cable shelf surrounding the PSU helps manage excess cabling. The Y40's thermal performance setup is similar to the Y60's, ensuring optimal airflow for air-cooled GPUs. When using a liquid-cooled GPU and CPU, the side fans' airflow direction has less of an overall thermal impact.

The Y40 also boasts superior air-cooled GPU thermal performance compared to the Y60, thanks to its larger clearance between the GPU fans and side glass. In summary, the Y40 S-Tier Aesthetic Panoramic Tempered Glass ATX Mid-Tower Gaming Computer Case is a stylish, modern, and high-performance solution for any gaming enthusiast.
