Overall Review: I bought my first to replace stock cooler on my A10-7870K which has not exceeded 40C since I installed it. I bought this one for my Ryzen 5 2400G and it has not exceeded 55C. I debated on liquid cooling, but I fail to see the need to spend the extra money.

Pros: -Very effective cooler and awesomely quiet too. Keeps my Ryzen 1700X idling at 33C @ room temperature ambient, and never lets it get over 58C at full (8-cores, 16 thread) load, even after a couple of days of load. -Arctic Cooling gives you a second pair of wire brackets for a second fan, which is a nice upgrade, especially if you have one lying around in your parts drawer.

Cons: -No instructions included in the box; instead they point you to go online. However, if you are rebuilding your system, then it is likely you don't have network access unless you use some other machine. -The cooler has to be oriented very specifically towards the little vent slit on top; however, the instructions have no text at all, so be sure to follow the tiniest details in the drawings while installing. -The included thermal paste, while a respected brand (MX-4) had separated into a watery goop and hard dark grey lumps in the little satchel they include. Completely unspreadable, and could not use. Be sure to have some other aftermarket paste on-hand if you order this cooler. -Not Linux friendly I think: supposedly the fan turns off when temps become low enough and the cooler becomes dead silent, however I've never seen this happen in Linux, and believe me a linux system runs cooler than a windows system all day. Perhaps this behaviour is only for Windows users?

Overall Review: If you are budget constricted or your case can only handle a single tower cooler then yes; this cooler is about as good as a single tower gets.

Pros: Quiet, price point. Temps well below what I expected for price idle 33c, 62c under full o.c. load.

Cons: Bios didn't detect fan, had to disable cpu fan monitor and set to full speed. Lack of installation instruction. Sent 3 different sets of screws and don't tell which to use.hint the middle sized ones for amd.

Overall Review: Would not recommend and will definitely be switching out.....soon.

Pros: Low priced. Fits LGA1156. Came with a fan.

Cons: Fan bracket is literally as thick as paper clips, and are easily bent out of shape. CPU hits thermal throttle easily Idle is 50c at 1.32v

Overall Review: I have a great cooling system, 2 140m in and 2 140mm + 1 120mm out. Quite enough airflow. I applied Asus's easy OC which bumped my voltage to 1.32 which is a little high but should be reasonable. This results to my CPU hitting thermal throttle at 100c. Technically Intel says I should be at 72c. The clips are a bit ridiculous. They're pretty much paper clips, easily bent out of shape. The bottom of the heat sink are flattened out tubing instead of a block of copper. This equals less copper to gather and dissipate heat. I wouldn't buy this again, its not horrible but its not good.
