4-Pin PWM Case Fan with Robust Performance and Competitive Price

Great for new build or system upgrade, the ARCTIC F14 PWM PST 140mm case fan delivers superb cooling yet whisper-low acoustics at great value. It can be mounted anywhere that accepts a 140mm fan, and can be used as intake or exhaust fan based on your air path configuration. With semi passive design, this PWM fan stops at idle or light load level for complete silence. It also comes with a 4-pin PWM male PWM connector, in addition to a 4-pin female connector that plugs onto the motherboard, so you can daisy-chain a CPU cooler or more units of this fan to control all of them in sync. Plus, with a quiet fluid dynamic bearing, this case fan allows reliable, trouble-free performance you can count on for years to come.

Long Service Life

The Fluid Dynamic Bearing comes with an oil capsule that avoids lubricant leakage. Thus this bearing is as quiet as the sleeve bearing but comes with a significantly higher service life.

Perfect Case Fan Regulation with PWM

The PWM function allows the motherboard to run the fan precisely at its necessary speed. This guarantees the required cooling and minimizes the noise level.

Fan Controller Made in Germany

The ARCTIC F14 PWM PST fan is well known for high airflow at a comfortable noise level. The real improvement is the motor and controller. ARCTIC's German engineers made this fan work at lower speed when performance is not needed. Often motherboards don't provide PWM signals below 40 % and thus make PCs unnecessary loud - not so with the F14 PWM PST.

General information

Exclusive PWM Sharing Technology (PST) Lowers Noise

If you want to improve the cooling efficiency of your computer you get several case fans working in parallel (since it takes 10 fans to double the noise level). But what does it help if they don't work together? The PST assures that all of your fans listen to one control signal. E.g. you share the CPU Cooler's PWM signal and assure that your case fans stand down at low load and spin up whenever necessary.
