Q: What to do if I can't connect to my computer to download music?
1. Please use the original USB cable and connect the MP3 Player tightly to your computer[avoid loosening]. Note: Other cables may only support charging and won't allow data transfer.
2. Please select "File Transfer" mode when prompted on your device. If not selected, your device will enter the charging state and won't appear on the computer.
3. Still not working? Please test different USB ports (preferably USB 2.0) and another data cable to check if the original is faulty.
4. For Mac computer, It supports for macOS 10.6 Snow Leopard and above (including the latest macOS 14 Sonoma)
Q: How to download music and what should to do if file transfer is slow?
Just connect the MP3 player to the computer with a data cable, and then drag and drop the music files from the computer to the MP3 disk. It is recommended that a single transmission should not exceed 1GB.
Q: If it can’t connect to Bluetooth.
1. It can only be connected to Bluetooth speakers and headsets, not to mobile phones; 2. Please use audio cable (not included) to connect MP3 and car; 3. Tell us what your Bluetooth device is and we will confirm whether it is compatible.
