Can't record:

Power:

Charging:
If you are using this product for the first time, or have not used it for awhile, please charge it until the battery markis fully charged. Connectto the computer or USB Ac adapter and charge it.While charging, thered and blue lights will flash alternately.The blue indicating light willstay on after charging for 3 hours, which means a full charge.Please use a power adapter that provides 3.7V.
Can't charge:
1. Charging is not possible when connected to a computer that is notrunning.lnaddition,the computer cannot be charged during thehibernation state(standby,sleep).2. Try to disconnect the recorder from the computer, and then reconnect it.3. lf you are using a USB hub or USB extension cable on the market,please use the included data cable to directly connect the recorder tothe computer.
Computer does not recognize the device:
The computer cannot recognize it. Unable to use the computer fordata transfer.1.After disconnecting the recorder from the computer, connect it again. 2. lf you are using a USB hub or USB extension cable on the market,please use the included data cable to directly connect the recorder tothe computer. 3. Except for the system configuration supported by the recorder,there is no guarantee that other system platforms can be connectednormally. 4. Depending on the location of the computer's USB port, the recordermay not berecognized. Please try to connect another USB port.Note: Please use the included USB data cable to connect tothe computer to transfer files.
Device connected to mobile phone:
1.Connect the device to the Apple or Android adapter through the USBdata cable, and then connect the adapter to the mobile phone.In thephone folder, you can find the device disk,ACTIONS USB driveand you can findthe recording file in the62.35G8 Availability/62.5GBRecorder file in the disk.
