Pros: Everything runs great
The overclocking button is handy and it does work well once you upgrade the driver (It instantly crashed the PC out of the box so I had to upgrade the driver).
The case is very cool
The expandable bay in the front is nice
the ground. If it was higher it would make more sense.
PSU seems decent
Cons: There is ZERO documentation on the motherboard. I've looked and looked and can't find any specs or info on it. I can't tell how future proof the motherboard is, for example.
Can't do SLI with this rig, which is disappointing considering the type of rig this is supposed to be.
The internal wiring is very messy. Also, the fan for the CPU hangs over the RAM slots, so if you want to add more RAM, you have to take off the side CPU fan to put in the RAM, which feels really sloppy.
The audio input / mic ports have a lot of static. Fairly sure it is an issue with the PSU actually.
Overall Review: The headset stand is a nice gesture but not very useful in practicality. The tower sits on the floor and the slide out stand is so low to
Pros: It does outstanding running Armored Warfare and other games
Cons: Hi, I couldn't find the motherboard model , all I can see on motherboard is MSI 970 Gaming. If you get this be advised everytime I used the corded mouse I got a static charge on the mouse wheel ,I fixed this by running a ground wire from the case to a ground, you don't get a shock if you have a cordless mouse. Also you cannot do a crossfire in this rig, for the price I couldn't believe it.
Overall Review: I can't recommend this pc because of no crossfire support, no slot for another card.
Pros: - Run every game I have at maximum graphic and I still get the sweet 60fps
- The internal speaker come handy time to time
- Very simple to setup
- You get every penny you pay for
Cons: Other than the aesthetic, and the size of the casing (it is quite long) I have nothing wrong to say for now.
Overall Review: This revew come from a casual person, not an expert.
With that said, I feel for the price it is a really good deal. Maybe for an hardcore gamer this is not THE computer to get, but for every average person this is a good computer.
Pros: Computer is very fast and responsive. I needed a new computer and didn't want to spend a lot money. This was a very good purchase in that it was modestly priced but has good hardware and I like the look. I'm not much of a gamer, but this is more than adequate for my needs. I did purchase additional RAM (DDR4- 2133) to increase the total to 16 GB. Great Computer.
Cons: No case fan, but it shouldn't be needed unless you are going to push the computer to the limit.
Overall Review: Highly recommend.
Pros: Fast processor
Fast graphics card
Cons: They cheaped out on the power supply and that is something you should never do with a expensive computer build, my computer stopped working and all it shows is a red blinking light. I am planning on returning it very soon and am not sat
Pros: Powerful and runs just about any game you want.
Great CPU speed, I can browse all I want without slowdowns.
Cons: Lots of hardware problems with the GPU (I assume).
When I first obtained this computer it instantly gave me problems by rebooting whenever I turned it on. This problem was prominent the second I got it. I sent it in for repairs with the warranty and ended up waiting half a month for them to fix my machine. It turns out they had to replace the GPU. No further details were given.
Computer ran fine... for a few months, then it began random and unexpected reboots. Reboots would happen while playing video's, games, or sometimes when I boot up the machine. I sent it in for repairs AGAIN, waited half a month AGAIN, only to get it back being told "we couldn't replicate the problem."
I lived with it for a few months, it got worse and worse, so I sent it in for repairs. Got told again they couldn't replicate the problem despite that I literally cannot even load certain games. Now the rebooting is NOT random, it happens specifically when playing certain games.
Warranty now expired and I'm stuck with a powerful gaming machine that reboots whenever I play certain games. Went online and found that other people faced similar issues. Honestly I'd say do not buy this machine due to the likelihood of hardware issues. Wasted 1k on this machine as a sole birthday gift, yaaaay...
Pros: Looks - stats - for entry gaming - i upgraded the RAM to 16GB and nothing else runs most games at high with around 200 FPS - CS:GO running at 300 FPS Fallout4 200 FPS, save money and get this
Overall Review: would recommend for anyone wanting to save time and money and get a legit pc that looks good and performs
Pros: Good specs
Cons: Really bad support from Acer. My video card is deffect and now they want me to send the computer for who know for how long ? The same prob occur with my last computer but HP sent me a video card by mail instead and that was fantastic !
Overall Review: Would not recommend Acer product
