Overall Review: Received the pc and box was dented, opened it up and found that the whole top of the PC was dented, was able to pop it out fairly easily. Everything worked good at first, but noticed the Aorus master 3080 was underperforming. Upon closer inspection I found a large dent in the backplate, and it was making a weird when fans ramped up or down, and the pcb was ridiculously bent. Newegg wanted me to send in the whole pc and get a refund because it was out of stock of course, but the rest of the pc worked fine, it was just the Gpu with issues so I didnt want to do that. So I contacted ABS directly, and asked if there was anything they could do so I didnt have to send back the whole thing. I spoke with a really cool guy named Seth, he set me up with a return shipping label and immediately sent me a brand new, in box, 3080 Aorus Master. It only took a few days to get here from that point. Very pleased with how he and Abs handled my situation and will definitely use them again in the future.
