Pros: - Small but powerful - Very Fast i9-12900K - Love the CASE, has room to grow in, has overall good layout and air flow - The LED effects are nice, especially when you get it all configured to your liking - All the components seem to run well together and low temperatures even under load - All the left over/not used components for the case and motherboard were included - It did come with a motherboard DVD with the basic drivers which helped when loading Windows 11 onto it.
Cons: - The Intel 2TB NVME unit installed had no OS installed, although I have an extensive IT background I was able to reinstall Windows 11 Home (upgraded to PRO), and managed to find (I think) all the drivers and software needed. - Did not and still do not know how to register the unit as a whole or what the serial number is, all I know is it is and Advanced Battlestations (ABS - Subsidiary of Newegg) Legend ALI596 - I am sure registration procedure would have been entered upon first boot, had the NVME not have been blank - Wish I had got one with 64GB memory instead of 32GB, maybe I will upgrade in the future - Did not realize that now days, I cannot upgrade memory by just adding 2 additional 16GB memory sticks, but I must purchase a 64GB kit with 4 matched 16GB sticks, as it is calibrated with the voltage and settings to work together - I am not a fan of all these lighting effects which adds enormous complexity to rebuilding - I am not a fan of liquid cooling as in my option it is just another thing to go wrong - The lighting control unit was not secured within the case, a few of the motherboard connections were not connected, but to ABS (NewEgg's defense it could have come loose in shipping) - Some of the Clear/Plastic peels were left on the NVidia card requiring me to removed the card, remove the peels and reinstall the card or it could have caused overheating of the card - Cable maintenance was not that good at all, so I took an opportunity to overhaul/fix this while installing a 2TB SATA, 3 other 1TB NVMEs from my old laptop that quit
Overall Review: - If I could change something, even though I dislike liquid cooling would have liked a larger 3 fan radiator/cooling system (I think this is called the AIO?) - Yes I would order again, but believe I would have chosen the same item with the i9-12900ks processor and 4 x 16GB (64GB) of memory - Yes I do recommend this product to others, even the issues I experienced does not effect my opinion of the product, which I rated at only 4 eggs instead of 5 eggs
