This seller was the worst 6/15/2020 6:48:02 PM
The package was marked as delivered, by the shipper, however, there is no package. They sent me a bogus tracking stating the package was delivered into my city. I paid for expedited shipping, it took two weeks to get here. I requested a copy of who signed for it. They told me to contact DHL. I contact DHL and they stated that the shipper needs to make the Claim. The seller said they would refund me the shipping. I have not received the refund it has been over 5 days. The seller said they will not make the claim. I have a video doorbell and live in a secure building that you need to buzz to get in. DHL did not come to the building or my door. This shows badly on both Newegg and this seller. I am not happy and no one will refund my money on this package.

The item never arrived on time. Contacted the seller. They blamed COVID-19 and asked me to wait another 5-7 days. I waited 14 days and it still did not arrive. Contacted the seller and now they are not replying and that is after they promised to refund the cost if it did not arrive.
May 13 - Still no item received. Received a message from the seller where they seem to be saying I have to delete this review before I get my refund.
May 19 - Still have not received the item but to give some credit to the seller, my money has been refunded. I still don't know what to think about this whole transaction. My dealings with the seller have not been great. Maybe it all has been a big mistake and due to the virus?

Bought this item based on Newegg's claim that most customers receive this item in 7 to 17 days. It's been nearly 2 months and I still haven't received it. I don't blame the seller due to the covid19 but then again, I've ordered items from the other "ali" site and they've arrived in less than 3 weeks...

I know a lot of people are complaining about delays on the forum so let me explain both my recent shipping experiences.

During the first shipment, yes it was delayed. It was stuck in Singapore for about two weeks during the height of the covid scare, but once it arrived to North America it raced from the US to Canada. Unfortunately, once it arrived I noticed they had sent me the wrong part, not the one I ordered and it would not fit in my laptop. Ugh.. I emailed them expecting that I would probably hear nothing, but to my pleasant surprise my email was personally respnded to within hours. They helped me a lot and I sent them a photo of my part I ordered and needed replaced and the incorrect part they mailed me and they responded that they would mail a replacement. I thought, excellent, but how long would it take?

During the second shipment quite rapidly an email arrived with a CA POST tracking number and I was worried because it did not show up right away on their website for tracking. It mentioned that this might be because it hadn't yet arrived to Canada. So I waited, expecting it might arrive in a long time, when within days it arrived without me even knowing it would arrive. The new fan worked and I am now using my repaired laptop to write this review.

Moral of the story: Be patient, shipping is horrible right now in general, great customer service that helps fix any problems or issues, amazing response time to email inquiries.

Hello,
I did received the fan on May 11th ordered on April 13th, but it was because of Covid 19 special situation and slower than normal customs and Canada Post processing.

I received the right fan but with the wrong connector.
I ordered AD0812HS-A70GL 8CM and received AD0812HB-A70GL 8CM.
I have managed to use the new fan to replace to old one.

Never received my order of February so cannot comment . Company did not update on possible delivery date. It is / was for a computer fan so my computer is inoperable without it.

It is a month now and I still haven't received my order. I know Corona etc. but why do you sell and promise if you suspect you can't deliver? You keep my money frozen for a month now and I still don't know when my item is coming. It is replacement of broken comp fan. It is crucial, important and I hate that "hang up in the air" situation. I won't be discouraging other people from dealing with you but you will not see my face again (100%). Enough is enough. Accordingly to the rule "second time it is a shame on me".

After a month, I still did not receive the product. Probably in lockdown since it is coming from China and the actual case of Corvid-19.

Edit: Received an email from the company. I will delete this review and update with another one when I receive the item.

Ordered three of these fans; two as replacements and one as a spare. They arrived on time and all three work, though I did have to rewire the connector for it to work on standard PC motherboard (all three wires were in the wrong order).

My biggest gripe is that none of the fans were in new condition. All were dusty, with old stickers and dirty wiring. It seemed pretty obvious they had been taken out of other machines. That said, they worked and I couldn't find replacements elsewhere.
