NewEgg tracking showed as Label created Feb14th and and it never moved. All (many) attempts to track this on Korea post and numerous other tracking sites always failed to find the tracking number. It appears it is not even a valid format for a Korea Post tracking #. Solgreen now says they have refunded me, (Mar.7; I have yet to see the credit on my account.) If the refund does not show soon I will block payment. NewEgg get on this!!! You should remove this vendor.

I would not recommend this seller. I ordered two F3 Smart Monitor Stands and instead of just informing me that they were out of stock, they sent me two F1s - did they think I wouldn't notice?? The items arrived in one shipping box (the 2 individual F1 boxes were put into one bigger shipping box). I returned the two items in the same packaging and only got refunded for one of the two items. I am still chasing the refund for the 2nd one. I am livid.

I would not recommend this seller or Newegg. My item was delivered but returning it with poor customer service and information made it impossible. I thought Newegg would be more help than just providing me an email to reach the seller.

Set an NS shipping address, they shipped the product to AB. Contacted me only after the parcel had been delivered, and then said they were going to wait until they received the item back in order to issue me a refund. I protested that this was their mistake and they ought to issue the refund immediately, so they relented. I asked about re-ordering and getting it delivered to the right address but they did not respond. Could not perform the basics: ship to the right address. As a result, I would NOT recommend this seller.

Items delivered from China is a bad idea

If you want to order a cheaper version of an item because it comes from China think about it twice. It's gonna take 1 month longer and you will pay duty fees. I really don't understand why this option is offered.

I think this is not the first time when this seller sells items that are not in stock. Refund was processed quickly though, but had to communicate it (like it was not obvious enough that customer would want refund for something he didn't receive, but paid for). Confusing to go through the process to find out that it was never I stock couple of days later

Womul, or is this Solgreen? either way its the same company listing items they don't have stock for. Unprofessional interaction over email, whoever is running it cant keep track of order numbers, clearly stock and ultimately doesn't care and will waste your time and tie up money in RMA's and drug out contact. I ordered a rare power splitter from "womul", solgreens other company paying 500% markup which was fine by me, then learned the item was not in stock, but not before solgreen listed the same item the same day i was told by womul there was a stocking error.

Overpriced and shipped via a different company the one with the A in it

I ordered two of these HDs and when the package arrived it was in an envelope from the A-Z people Along with the receipt with their price. It was less than half of what I paid from solgreen. When I contacted solgreen to return the unopened HD’s there was an issue with trying to get a refund. First there was an angry email on why I wanted a refund. When I asked for conformation that my account was refunded I was sent an email of a photo of the CC receipt and it had a virus attached to it. Beware!!

I was under the impression that I was paying for an antenna with a 50 mile reach. But the one I received was 25. I was very unhappy about that.

Sold item that was not in inventory

Purchased EVGA2 UVPlus+ 39, said was in stock and paid for the item. Item showed as "Shipped" then seller contacted me and let me know the product wasn't actually in inventory and they would ship as soon as they got more in. I canceled the order.
