Didnt even send me my item

Seller asap set item to "shipped" and "label created", then radio silence for 10 days. When I contacted them about this they simply said the item was lost and asked me if I would accept some other totally different model of product than the one I ordered, or get a refund. Took the refund of course. But if you sell someone something and then it takes you 10 days and them contacting you to notice the item basically was instantly lost, thats not okay.

bad service, i didnt get my items and they refuse to pay back. Was my last purchase with this bad compagny. I ordered for 5000$ items over past 5 years, and my last package didnt got deliver, and they refuse to assume responsability of shiping. Very bad compagny.

I was tracking my order and for some reason the shipment was returned to the seller. I contacted Zoneway and they promptly replied to reassure me that I would get my order. My order came with no issues, and I am 100% satisfied with the experience!

Refuses to honor warranty on product

item worked for two weeks. its a fan. they told me to eat it. avoid this company like the plague. NewEgg also refused to intervene. avoid NewEgg as well

Impressed by the fast delivery

Usually company from China takes more then 30 days and sometimes 2 months to get our item..I decided to take my chance with them. I am very impressed by the fast delivery. It took only 2 weeks to receive my item with the right thing and i am from Canada. I usually always have problem with China's company to get my stuff. But so far good experience with them. Because of the accuracy and the fast shipping i give them a 5 stars

Canceled the purchase and tripled the price of the product

This seller is disloyal, he sent an invalid tracking code, then almost tripled the value of the product and canceled my purchase to sell more expensive. Did not comply with the delivery. Never bought from this seller again.

Item was twice the standard price, unlisted customs fee, never arrived, terrible customer service

Seller made continuous excuses about why a refund could not be issued unless I jumped through hoops they were responsible for Item never arrived. Seller expected me to break quarantine despite being high risk to go to a warehouse and do their work for them. I was given incorrect tracking information, and was not given proper tracking information until I paid a tracking fee the listing implicitly stated was included in the purchase price already. When I got the tracking info, it informed me that the shipment was going to take no less than twice the time the listing told me it would. (Including the shipping estimate during purchase after entering shipping information) Customer service continually refuses to process a refund, recall the shipment that never arrived, and keeps threatening me by telling me "if it is not processed in time, the package will be returned and cause high costs". Despite the fact that recalling/cancelling the shipment is their responsibility, not mine. If negative eggs was a choice for a rating, that's what I would pick. Avoid this seller by all means possible. Overpriced, price gouging, not customer friendly.

Cameras work as expected. Units speaker is not loud so room must be quite to have a conversation over it I would have given 5 stars but i ordered 2 cameras and only received 1. Contacted support via email and caught them on Chinese New Years. They informed me they would send the other one. Received it in less time than expected. Cameras are worth the minimal amount payed

I have purshase the PSU before the price surge.. then the PSU been lost in DHL.. (when price went up) and instead of offering me choices, they refund me.. even if i could wait for another one.. Never again.

I got a refund but it didn't include the shipping so I'm sitting here without $20 and have to waste my time contacting a shipping and receiving company because these guys don't know how to get a power supply into a shipping Freight.
