We provide a very simple return policy to all our customers as no customer buy anything so they can return it later; however, due to some circumstances they request to return the merchandise. The returns are rare and thus, we make it as easy as possible. Please find below our cancellation and return policy in details:
Cancellation request: We have a complete automated process so we can process, ship & deliver the orders as fast as possible to our customers. We do not guarantee any cancellation; however, we try our best to cancel the order as soon as we receive a request to avoid an unnecessary return. If the orders are not processed or shipped, we will be more than happy cancelling the order; however, if the order is processed, we will not be able to cancel an order and it will be treated as simple return such as accidental order, no longer needed, etc.,
Return Policy: You may return all new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. The item should be in the condition it was received and in the original box and/or packaging. If the item is being returned for reasons such as Buyer’s Remorse, Accidental Order, Cancellation after ship out (and/or after processed), no longer needed/wanted, etc., outbound shipping which may have been free originally will be deducted as we pay for shipment while shipping the products to our customers. Please note that there is a restocking fee of 15% .
We will not accept any return unless we have issued an RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization #). The RMA# is valid for 7 days from the date of issue.
The products must be returned with valid tracking number. There will be no guarantee of return if the product is returned without any valid tracking number.
We will provide a prepaid shipping label if the return is a result of our error (errors include incorrect product, defective, etc
Return Instruction
When you return an item, you may see different return options available. To request:
1. Log onto your Newegg.ca account and find your order in order history.
2. Select proper return options. Depending on the seller's return policy and return setup on Newegg, different options are available:
• Click REFUND or REPLACE to submit your request directly. Or
• Click REQUEST RETURN FROM SELLER to contact seller to request refund or replacement.
3. For the option of REFUND or REPLACE. Select the item(s) you wish to return or replace. Follow the instruction to complete.
4. For the option of REQUEST RETURN FROM SELLER. On the COMPOSE MESSAGE Page:
• Choose Return/Refund/Replacement from the drop down menu.
• Verify the order number and request from the Subject.
• Specify more details, including item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail), the reason for your return, and the return for replacement or refund before click SEND MESSAGE button.
5. It will take up to 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry after Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry.
6. Once your request is approved, you will be provided with detailed instruction through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before shipping your return merchandise back.
7. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
My order was sent to the wrong address, to the opposite side of the country. It was clearly a shipping mistake, and the seller sent my order to me after the shipping problem was discovered. Someone got some free parts, but the seller held up their commitment to me.
