Firstly, I received this laptop super quick, around 2-3 days after I ordered it. Really efficient! As for the laptop, it's a pretty performant laptop (considering that my current laptop is already 6-7 years old), and there doesn't seem to have any issues so far. Definitely will consider other refurbished products if the experience is as good!

I bought this laptop and I love it. However, when it arrived one of the sticks of RAM was not working and the laptop would not turn on. I am not a tech-savvy person so I was not understanding what tech support was telling me to do to check out the laptop. My husband took out the RAM and found out it was causing the trouble. New RAM was sent right away and now the laptop works perfectly.

The laptop I ordered came promptly and very professionally packaged to avoid damage, worked immediately and with no problems. Unfortunately the gift recipient of the laptop didn't ultimately want it so I had to return it. Thankfully RefurbIT was very quick to respond with acceptance of my RMA and a prepaid postage label to return it. Perfect all around.

Bought 4 of these. The first pc out of the box labeled as a 980 Core2 duo,, all others labeled as i5 ( but doing a system check, the core2 was in fact an i5 so poor labeling) 3rd pc out of the box did not boot, after multiple tries and , windows 10 system diagnostic repairs failing 10 times So rather than going through the hassle of sending back waiting etc etc and knowing as an IT Pro it was the OS that was buggered i just did a disk clone from the other working pc changed the Asset tags in Bios and the Win 10 Key Just an fyi not one of the HDD's was newer than 2014 so be warned the hard drives are ancient in these.

Like brand new, OS reset and pre-install like if it just came from factoy. Everything run fine. 90% of it look new only few area have normal sign of use. But run Perfectly i'm very happy.
