RETURN POLICY

At Pure Mobile we value your business and reward our customers, to this end we have adopted a 'No Quibble' return and replacement policy.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, Pure Mobile, will gladly refund or replace the purchased item(s). We simply ask that once your receive your order, examine it closely prior to opening the factory sealed packaging.

All returns and request for refund and replacement must be made within thirty (30) days from date of invoice. All returns need to have a valid Return Material Authorization (RMA) Number (linked to our RMA Page) issued by Pure Mobile customer service. No returns will be accepted without a valid RMA number. The RMA number must be marked and be clearly visible on the outside of the package containing the returned product to be accepted for refund processing. Any merchandise returned without an RMA number is not the responsibility of Pure Mobile and will be refused and sent back to the customer at customer's own expense. Any other additional unauthorized items sent back attached or unattached with products being returned under an authorized RMA are not the responsibility of Pure Mobile and will be sent back to customer at customer's own expense.

Pure Mobile will not refund shipping charges to and from customer for any reason - except if purchased item(s) was defective from day of purchase. All shipping chargers will be at customer's own expense. No returns will be accepted after 30 calendar days from invoice date and this is without exception.

Pure Mobile, reserves the right at its own discretion to refuse to accept the returned item and to not authorize any form of refund, credit or exchange thereof.

Pure Mobile will ship all replacement items via UPS standard ground shipment.

Please allow up to 15 business days to process a refund.

Please allow up to 7 business days to for replacement processing.

Product defect that is attributable to any failure or damage which is beyond the reasonable control of Pure Mobile is not covered by warranty and is ineligible for any refunds, replacements and/or exchanges. These include but are not limited to:

Acts of God
Any damage incurred due to customer's neglect and/or misuse

Return Instruction

When you return an item, you may see different return options available. To request:
1. Log onto your Newegg.ca account and find your order in order history.
2. Select proper return options. Depending on the seller's return policy and return setup on Newegg, different options are available:
• Click REFUND or REPLACE to submit your request directly. Or
• Click REQUEST RETURN FROM SELLER to contact seller to request refund or replacement.
3. For the option of REFUND or REPLACE. Select the item(s) you wish to return or replace. Follow the instruction to complete.
4. For the option of REQUEST RETURN FROM SELLER. On the COMPOSE MESSAGE Page:
• Choose Return/Refund/Replacement from the drop down menu.
• Verify the order number and request from the Subject.
• Specify more details, including item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail), the reason for your return, and the return for replacement or refund before click SEND MESSAGE button.
5. It will take up to 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry after Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry.
6. Once your request is approved, you will be provided with detailed instruction through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before shipping your return merchandise back.
7. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
