I live on the south shore of Nova Scotia. I had trouble entering a P.O. box without my street address, although that is how mail here would customarily be labelled because of inconsistent door to door service. Im not sure if there is manual address labelling support but it wasnt too clear to me when i was checking out. Otherwise service was satisfactory.

Their customer service was efficient, when they were awake. The listed time to arrive is 5-7 business days. It took a total of 12 for me (3 for them to actually process the purchase and another 9 because they used Canada Post)

I bought the TWS i13 earbuds and in less than a month after receiving it stopped charging. Contacted the seller and i was informed that the product is not under warranty. I would have thought that buying from Newegg.ca would help avoid situation like this, but it is a lesson learned.

Confusing communication

Product ordered April 30 and arrived May 17. It started very well. Alice from Goodbuy contacted me about English firmware and installation and confirmed my address. When I tried to get delivery updates I was told it shipped with some delivery info but I was unable to confirm via Canada Post. There is another site that was able to track with the number provided I found with some digging. I was fairly happy but was charged a COD amount on top of it all. After some back and forth I am still not sure of the root cause but am getting my credit card refunded. Frustrated.

overall good phone for the price, but it is a bit annoying the fact that it ask's you to do an account (Huawei's) to be able to use the cloud besides that a good phone if you don't want to spend too much.

This is the second time I purchased from this vendor. Good experience overall. Was shipped promptly. Received in good condition. The only glitch was tracking information and subsequent customer service inquiry. Tracking info on newegg only "states preparing to ship". It still says that even though my order has been delivered. When I emailed the vendor, I got automatic reply that the vendor was on vacation. That is just not helpful and feels unprofessional. Maybe I feel this way because where I come from our businesses are never closed for weeks at a time for vacation. Bottom line: order came in good condition.

Delivery time was advertised as 5 to 7 days - however the seller sent an email indicating that due to "logistics" issues delivery will take between 15 to 20 days. It arrived in 15. So be patient and dont put attention to the tracking system because it never goes over -packaging.

this marketplace seller makes me question buying from Newegg completely - The worst

I Would not recommend this seller in any way. In fact they make me question buying from Newegg ever again in any way. Short- my order sits in there own warehouse and they tell me i need to send it back to refund. Here is my full sad story. I purchased an item at the end of November. I was told a 2 week delivery. Lots of time before Christmas because the item was for a gift. Tracking showed it being shipped Dec 5. Then 6th , 7th , 8th, 9th, 10th then the 11th all location Canada. Wondering where my stuff was and thinking maybe get a refund as who knows where this thing is been several weeks since it moved. Well Christmas came a went. I contacted Newegg customer support maybe they can help. They created a ticket for me to talk to the seller. Fair enough. But i was told it should be resolved within 3 days. So email with seller starts. We cant tell you where it is and we cant refund you unless you send it back. Lots of blame give to trade relations with China (tracking puts it in Canada beyond me how China is involved), and Canada post strike. Well Canada post strike ended and all backlogs were cleared up by Dec 20 soooo, well that excuse is old and a lie. Won't refund me . They keep asking if I would close the ticket. Nothing was resolved so no. BUt i guess that dosent matter. So I called Canada post see if they could tell me anything beyond what the tracking number was showing. It is Jan 3 and the last location is still Canada (somewhere) Dec 11. Canada Post tells me they have not even been called to pick up that tracking number. Pick up location is a warehouse in Richmond BC. Thank you Canada Post. Very helpful. With this new information i have tried to contacting the seller. Even after I tell them (over e-mail) that the order sits in their own warehouse they tell me i need to return it to get a refund. I was on hold on the Newegg support 2 hours yesterday before my phone lost power and I gave up. That was a lot of hold music. So here i am, no order, no refund. If I could rate less than 1 egg I would. They tell me I need to return the item they are holding in their own warehouse for any refund. Keep feeding me the lies about a non existent strike. I can't return it since they have it. I just need the money to buy a new gift. It is Jan 4, will be the latest Christmas gift i have ever given. Just don't seem to care. I erg Newegg to drop them. They are giving you a bad name.
