the thing did not work properly, driver issues. Later I return it for an exchange and more problems

this product was returned for exchange, I am still waiting for the replacement. I received an email from the seller asking me to change this review in order to refund me the money since the delivery (UPS) delivered the item to the wrong address. LOL really? Contacted Newegg to deal with it. Quoting this seller's email: "The item has been delivered, but we have not received, most likely the item was lost. Without the returned item, we can not issue replacement to you, we can only refund to you even without the returned item. Would you please edit or remove the feedback? then we will issue refund ASAP. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. FirstOneShop" the product displayed several errors in the device manager. Asus gave the option to return it to them for a fix or to the seller for return of the money or exchange. I opted for an exchange @ first believing this to be very straightforward on Newegg, I was wrong, next time I have to deal with this I will simply ask for a refund and buy a new item from a different seller/platform. As of today, I asked Newegg to change the RMA to a refund. I won't be coming back to this seller. Play funny games get funky rewards. Sorry dude.
