Fantastic Customer Service

I ordered a graphics card from this seller in August, which they promptly processed and shipped out. The order was made on the 13th and by the 17th, it was 'delivered.' Unfortunately, the delivery service that was used ignored my pick-up requests and ended up delivering the package to the incorrect apartment building. They got the right apartment number, just in the wrong building. I immediately contacted the shipping company and they started the 3 week long process of attempting to track down the package. About 2 weeks into this process, I reached out to Computer Mail and let them know that this had happened, in case the package was sent return to sender by the accidental recipient. Immediately, they were reaching out to the courier service from their end to attempt to help me locate the package. When the courier service finally declared the package lost, Computer Mail immediately filed for a refund for me and after about a week of not hearing anything from the courier regarding the refund, pre-emptively filed a refund for me with Newegg. So while I did not receive the product as intended, it was through no fault of Computer Mail's and they went above and beyond throughout the process to support me and to allow me to get refunded for the product. The reason I indicated that the item was delivered on time was that. if the item had been delivered properly, it would have been ahead of time. While I never received the item, I have the utmost confidence from the communication we had before the product was sent out that it would have been exactly as described. I highly recommend their service.
