No. I returned item in person and it was a junky warehouse and he didn't even know how to process refund with newegg, He tried to offer an exchange. Product was junk. Wouldn't even power on and my disc got stuck inside, they were unable to get it out. still a week later and no word on refund

Nice BluRay player but not as advertisedlt

The description claimed the player supported both regular DVD and Blu ray disks AND was multi region, supporting both NTSC and PAL. Uh, no. No multi region support whatsoever. I would have contacted customer service but the only link was to ask for a return.

Not sure about if same seller but I ordered the 4K and a cable together. But the cable i wanted was not availsble so they cancelled and told me the amount would be refunded. Nothing yet

The product was received as described and actually looked new rather than refurbished. As for the product - LG Blu-ray player - itself though I would never purchase another one. Compared to a similar Sony version that I also own the support and smart apps for the LG one are very weak and in some cases don't even work properly. If all you want to do is play dvd's and blue ray's then yes it does the job for that.

Worst experience to date - No communication with myself or Newegg. 1.5 months to get a refund

Bought TV on sale. It was shipped in a timely manner and that's where everything went downhill. Upon arrival TV was defective, and was sent back TWICE. I had called in to check the status of my order to see if I would be getting a replacement or a refund as I wanted to pay down my credit card. I was told I was getting a replacement and to go ahead and make my payment. Fast forward another week and I'm contacted by the seller saying it would cost him too much to replace my purchase and I would be receiving a refund instead. He was unable to receive image files through e-mail so I could show what the issue was with my TV. He then told me just to deal with the Newegg team (nice customer service bro). So as of today JAN/2018 I have an overpaid credit card, no TV and all of this took a month and a half to resolve and multiple hours on the phone. TV purchased in NOV/2017. Would not recommend buying from this seller at all. 0/10

Item defective when I received it. I sent it back to be checked and was told nothing was wrong. I was sent the item back again and still have the same issue. Getting a full refund

Sent me a very used,dirty and not totaly functional LG bluray player that was supposed to be refurb. They seems to ignore all my attempts to contact them and was very rude and hanged up on the lady at Newegg's customer service that was trying to resolve my issue with them on the phone Dont buy from Big Box Deals, they sell garbage
