Before I review this let me start by expressing my utter disgust at the rating and comments this seller got in the last 6 months .. its like some of you are living inside of a newegg box and have not heard about this well documented global pandemic. To say I almost didn't buy this machine but after reading the reviews on the last 6 months of people complaining about long covid shipping time..just wow. So here is a real review from someone who buys refurbished machines almost every month. Placed the order Friday after work. There was a problem with my order. The color was no longer available. I got a call Monday morning from the seller and the order was then shipped. The machine arrived and the packaging was great. First look I don't see any scratches.I boot to my diag tools and it passed all tests the machine runs cool so I don't have to clean/repaste. Grade A+ machine and with the SSD it works better then when it was new. Looking forward to purchase another machine from this seller.

I ordered on May 14, credit card charged on May 20. Company will not answer emails, or contact me in any way. Have been trying to get a refund but that does not seem to be working either. Its is always under review or investigation. Do yourself a favour and shop elsewhere

Ordered a computer over half a month ago that stated it was in stock and it still has not shipped. Newegg has been responsive when contacted but item still hasn't shipped. Phone number I was given for Price Right Computers does not get answered.

This item does not even appear to have been shipped. It was supposed to arrive last Thursday and I was going to wait a full week before complaining (Covid's been crazy). But I basically had my credit card charged and then got no tracking info and no computer. Nothing.

I've not received any responses from this seller and they have withdrawn funds twice from y bank account! I've contacted Newegg 3 times and they replied, that a Label has been created 4 weeks ago and they know nothing else. I'm SO disappointed. as this was to be a learning laptop for my child, during Covid lockdown.

After reading the mixed reviews, I decided I would try to put my faith into this company and buy two laptops. I purchased two laptops on April 7th. On April 11th, I received an update stating the laptops were shipped - the tracking information through Newegg showed a label had been created. I patiently waited over a week for an update, to no avail. On April 21st, I sent PRC a message asking for an update. USPS did not show the tracking number to be in their system, and the Newegg tracking was still showing as Label Created and nothing else. On April 27th, after not receiving any response, I contacted Newegg Customer Service to see what could be done as there was still no update on the tracking. They informed me that I could file a claim for refund or replacement and that they would be happy to do so on my behalf. I informed them (CS), that I would contact PCR one last time, due to this Covid situation. I contacted PCR again the same day (April 27th), informing PCR that I had contacted Newegg CS and I was giving them one last chance to contact me directly. No response was ever received. April 30th, with no response, I was forced to contact Newegg Customer Support again to have them file a claim on my behalf. They sent the claim and I was informed that the seller had 2 business days to respond to the claim. On May 5th I still had received no response. Forcing my claim to be pushed to the next level through Newegg CS. On May 6th the laptops arrived in the mail, but still no communication from seller. Everything arrived in good order, was packaged well and was exactly what I ordered. Unfortunately I cannot comment on the delivery time due to the current Covid situation, as a lot of packages have been delayed, but the seller seems to have mailed it when they said they did. I have since cancelled my claim with the seller and am content with my purchase. I just wish the seller was more communicative.

Poor shipping, poor service - product not received

Poor service - was hoping this would go well so I could purchase more products for my business. Contacted Newegg to check on shipment as tracking number given was showing “no data available” three weeks after I placed the order and funds withdrawn from my account. On contacting Newegg I was told I have to wait two days for a response - I can understand delayed shipments in today’s environment but not two days wait time to see if the item has even been shipped three weeks after placing my order. I needed this computer to work from home, I have lost three weeks and I don’t know if I am going to receive the shipment. Funds should not have been taken from my account until the order was confirmed as shipped. To add insult to injury I was sent a “rate your experience” survey: poor shipping, poor service, can’t comment on product I haven’t received.

Do not buy from this seller! I ordered a refurbished laptop. It took a week before it entered any sort of shipping stage. And then it was stuck in the "Label Created" stage with no further update for over a week. I tried several times to contact the seller with no response. Newegg support tried to contact the seller on my behalf and there was still no response. at this stage I have filed a claim which will take another several days to get resolved. This seller's poor service and lack of communication has done nothing but waist my time.

There is no way I would recommend this reseller. I should have read the reviews of this provider prior to ordering. The unit was listed in stock, but I have waited nearly two weeks with no shipment. Emails have been sent by myself and Newegg customer service, and the reseller has been silent. No response. Newegg should remove this reseller from their website. VERY DISSATISFIED. I can't even give one star, but the system forces you to select a rating.

Terrible. Never shipped. He created a "label created" tag on the account, so that he could claim that the product was in transit, and then did nothing for weeks. He did not reply to emails, did not reply to filled claims. Do not purchase from this seller.

No i dont recommend this seller, shipping and trackkng informations are bad, try to speack with him No Answer, till i said i m gonna use paypal protection, at this time i ordered my item 17 days ago and i dont have receved my computer yet. Really really bad. Be carefull with this seller.
