I would recommend this company to other customers. The product was packaged properly and shipped unbelievable fast. When the inventory is low be careful because items may be out of stock. This is simply an indication that the company moves inventory very quickly.

Don’t be worried if shipping sits at label created. These guys also packaged my cpu very well. Double boxed, double insulated with foam and packing peanuts. The reviews had me a bit cautious however it was worth it. Thanks

Printed a shipping label to make it look like it shipped, but if you check the tracker number it showed nothing had been given to the shipping company. Sat like this for three weeks. My attempts to contact went unanswered. Eventually had to get Newegg involved to issue a refund after a month of no product.

Dealing with doornails

After waiting for a month and my product still "being packaged" (it's only one item) and 3 unanswered emails later I think I'm going to just request a refund. I'm not sure whether they're inept over there or are just trying to run themselves out of business by not doing business properly. If you have ANY other options please I implore you to try that option before throwing your time and money out the window. Obviously mix ups happen and things are unfortunately misplaced but not responding to a single inquiry sent over 2 weeks time is just irresponsible business practice. Again, I'm not even sure why Newegg would affiliate with such a terribly run operation. The only reason why I didn't put a 0 egg is because that wasn't an option. So 1 egg will have to do.

Dishonest seller and frustrated refund.

I did not realize the Newegg has third parts doing business on its website until I received this docking station. Unfortunately the docking is used with bad cosmetic condition. This was not mentioned anywhere on the listing. and the price was high ($420) and seemed for a brand new. I bought it because I can't found it anywhere else. I call the Newegg about this situation, Newegg told me send the item back and will contact the seller to send me a refund. It took 1 week to get a return waybill (after phone call to followup), and then waited for another 3 weeks, I received the refund. Guess what, It was only a partial refund. There was $63 dollar shortage. Again called the Newegg, and waited for another 2 weeks, I received another partial refund - $3. So called the Newegg again and keep fighting for rest of refund. I finally got full refund. But the whole process is painful. Not mentioned the Newegg service call always busy which you have to wait for over one hour. Thanks they have call back service. Done with Newegg.
