Returns Policy

We take pride in all of our products if you are not satisfied with your online purchase we gladly accept the return or exchange of undamaged merchandise. All merchandise must be returned within 30 days after the shipment date. All merchandise MUST be returned intact. (Removal of ANY labels with automatically VOID your return). Refunds for merchandise returned within the eligible time period will be credited in the same form as the original payment method. Merchandise must be returned with all original internal packing materials and accompanied by the packing slip or invoice. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. There will be a 15% restocking fee on any incompatible or unwanted product. *PLEASE CONTACT US DIRECTLY TO RECEIVE YOUR RETURN AUTHORIZATION *Shipping charges for returns are the customer's responsibility; we do not accept C.O.D. deliveries. We are not able to accept hand-delivered returns. We can provide USPS return shipping labels upon request. The return shipping fee for each shipping label used ($6.00) will be deducted from your refund. If you do not wish to use the return shipping label we provide, you may send it back using your own trackable shipping method. We strongly suggest you insure your package if using an alternate shipping method since CMS is not responsible for returns that we do not receive. We are not responsible for items lost in the mail. Your return and refund will be processed within 5-8 business days after item(s) are received by us. Refunds are given for the item's extended price indicated on the original packing slip/invoice and any applicable taxes, excluding any shipping fees and additional discounts. Please allow 1 billing cycle for the credit to appear on your statement.

Return Instruction
1. Log onto your Newegg.com account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.

Return Instruction

When you return an item, you may see different return options available. To request:
1. Log onto your Newegg.ca account and find your order in order history.
2. Select proper return options. Depending on the seller's return policy and return setup on Newegg, different options are available:
• Click REFUND or REPLACE to submit your request directly. Or
• Click REQUEST RETURN FROM SELLER to contact seller to request refund or replacement.
3. For the option of REFUND or REPLACE. Select the item(s) you wish to return or replace. Follow the instruction to complete.
4. For the option of REQUEST RETURN FROM SELLER. On the COMPOSE MESSAGE Page:
• Choose Return/Refund/Replacement from the drop down menu.
• Verify the order number and request from the Subject.
• Specify more details, including item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail), the reason for your return, and the return for replacement or refund before click SEND MESSAGE button.
5. It will take up to 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry after Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry.
6. Once your request is approved, you will be provided with detailed instruction through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before shipping your return merchandise back.
7.
