I’ve always known about Newegg and was a semi-regular visitor to the site when I’m mulling over an electronics or system purchase. Newegg was the go-to place to learn about a product beyond just the spec sheet with in-depth product reviews and more comprehensive product information. I joined Newegg Customer Service in 2011 and I can honestly say I continue to love my job today as much as I did on my first day. When I joined the company most employees were located in the same building – including the Customer Service, Fraud Prevention and Product Management teams. I liked being able to work so closely with everyone and to see the teams operating together.
