Rating + 2 Buyer Beware, Not Good Customer Service

Initially good communication til I actually purchased. Was charged duties when site says coming from Canada, had it shipped to Toronto but DHL says it came from US. Eventually was refunded tax duties charge but took a while. Charger does not fit battery, the charger clearly states what battery is compatible and the GH4 battery does not fit.

Items are otherwise legit and work, for now. But with the current situation trying to get the right charger seems like it's getting nowhere. The seller won't respond and after talking to newegg support and sending another email, have not heard from both parties. Biggest drawback, because can't charge batteries to use why buy in the first place?

It has been weeks since I have received my order and absolute silence from the seller. Tried to give them a chance before posting the review. Went on blind trust when I bought as they did not have reviews for the GH4 + Sigma+ Metabones + 16pc package. Buyer beware, extremely.

Rating + 2 Duplicate Delivery

My original order was delivered promptly and was well packed.

Unfortunately, the order was shipped twice and the second was poorly packed, on top of that.

From receiving the second delivery (July 29) to apparent resolution of the proplem (August 23), it took nearly a month to untangle the whole mess, and something like 20 emails.

Not fun.

I still award two eggs instead of a single one, because of how smoothly the original purchase went.

Rating + 1 Misled me with in-stock message

Ordered PowerShot S120 product, was charged, and sent an email stating it was shipped. Did follow-up after a few days because tracking link didn't work. Was told that the product was not in stock, hadn't been shipped, and my order was eventually cancelled by the shipper without notice to Newegg. Worst experience with this particular seller.

The camera works with micro HDMI, but this kit comes with a mini HDMI cable. Overall though, it's a great deal and I was really pleased with the super fast shipping and good packing.

Rating + 2 Never replied to my email on missing adaptor

I bought the iPad refurbished and it came with some 3rd party power adaptor that looked like Europe... certainly not Canada. Anyway, the company never replied to my emails and I bought an adaptor at the store. Pretty poor customer service, do not buy from them.

    Return Policy For the first 30 days of your purchase, you can return merchandise for a refund or an exchange minus a 15% restocking fee and shipping cost. You must include the original packaging and the item must be in NEW condition. Items and packing must not be marred, mishandled, or tampered with by an unauthorized repair person. All returns must include the item's original undamaged packaging and instructions. Returns must also include the blank warranty card where applicable. Returns must include all the manufactures supplied accessories. All products must be returned in its original manufactures box. Returns must be free of any physical or cosmetic damage.

    When upon inspection if these conditions are not met the product will be either sent for repair in the customer’s name or immediately sent back to the customer at customer’s expense.

    Defective Items can returned for an exchange within 30 days of purchase only if the item is in new condition and free of any cosmetic damage. If the product has cosmetic or physical damage, it will be sent to the manufacture for repair in the customer’s name. Camcorders with timers must show less than 30 minutes of use. Return Instruction
    1. Log onto your Newegg customer account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
