5 out of 5 eggsA great choice

Pros: Works amazingly for a refurbished TV, I really settled when I decided to get a 720p tv and I actually dont regret it, the picture quality is amazing, the screen had no scratches or any signs of wear, I thought i might have been sent a new tv on accident!

Cons: The very few problems I did have with this tv were minor, the 3rd HDMI input does not work, but that doesnt matter to me. The speakers are a little buggy, for the most part it works great, but if I play a game where the music blasts suddenly or has very high bass the speakers get really loud (beyond what the volume setting is) and it seems like the speakers will blow out.

Other Thoughts: besides the few times the speakers every glitched out they work great.
This is a great choice for someone who wants a good quality, and cheap TV

4 out of 5 eggsVery satisfied

Pros: Great price and it suits all expected needs. Pleasant surprise that it had 4 HDMI ports. My spouse is happy, actually has reconnected with tv viewing. Nicely packaged.

Cons: Low volume output, but hope to rectify that with Visio soundbar. No batteries were included.

Other Thoughts: For the priced range I can't complain. You'd only know it was refurbished because I told you so. Newegg customer for life.

4 out of 5 eggsSave on Refurb

Pros: Nice TV for the price. Nice picture. This TV is new @ Walmart for 260.00 so buying refurb I saved about 50.00.

Nice that it has many buttons on this side for power, etc. I have another Vizio that doesn't. May come in handy when the kids loose the remote.

Cons: Frame of TV has many scratches and scuffs

Other Thoughts: 1 egg off for the scratches and scuffs, but won't matter much to me because this is for the kid's play room. May want to consider if this is going to be your main tv.

1 out of 5 eggsTerrible

Pros: Was RMA-able, one of two customer service reps was helpful.

Cons: Functionality.
- First TV was received May 30th and RMA'd due to a line at the top of the screen. First customer service rep was very empathetic and helpful even offered rapid shipping. TV shipped back June 2nd.

- Second TV was received on June 19th and only half of a functioning screen (the right half). Second rep was less than helpful, didn't even seem to care that we originally ordered the TV on May 23rd and still have no television.

Other Thoughts: I completely understand that these are refurbished and do not expect perfection but basic functionality should be required in order to sell these televisions.
Are they just that cheep or is there no Q.A.?
In my opinion this has failed in two ways.
A. A verified working product should have been shipped a second time.
B. Expedited shipping should have been made available. Not having us wait another two weeks or more to receive what will more than likely be another non functioning television.

5 out of 5 eggsGood job on the Refurb!

Pros: Great Condition.
Works like new.
Setup is easy.
Very Plug and Play
For a refurb, its not all that bad.
Very little trash with packaging.

Comes with Remote, 2 batteries, Power cable, and a small setup guide...simple.

Cons: Packaging was a little rough.
No detailed instruction Manual, but it takes common sense to put it together.

Other Thoughts: Ignore the comment next to this.. There is no reason to give it 1 Egg....only if your LCD was smashed. Its a refurb and they send it to ya in proper "working order". The clips are made to hold the base temp. until you can get the screws in.

1 out of 5 eggsHorrible!

Pros: Surprisingly, it actually turns on, and it arrived relatively quick.

Cons: The television is in bad shape, poorly packaged and looked very used. One of the clips on the stand for the base was broken; but that seemed minor compared to the rest. I honestly couldn't believe Vizio would actually send something like this to a customer. I should have immediately sent it back, but I rather not deal with the grief of trying to return or exchange it. I'm just writing it off as money in the garbage. Sadly, I bought it as a present for my father, and now I find myself having to buy another television since I told him I was getting him one. There was no way I could give him the set Vizio sent me. This was the very first time I purchased something "refurbished', and it the last time. Lesson learned; I tried to save a little money and in the end it will cost me a lot more.

Other Thoughts: Very, very disappointed. It might have been a mistake, and Vizio might have sent me the wrong box, but I doubt it. I'm guessing not all of their "refurbished" sets are this bad, so it's possible I was just very unlucky.
