1 out of 5 eggsAweful!

Pros: Fast Shipping. Fast refund....I do like my Acer monitor though.

Cons: Everything...Recieved computer, plugged it in, got no video. Called Cyberpower, they had me move the video card to another slot. Then they had me remove and switch the memory sticks. Still didn't work. They asked that I ship it to them. But, I called Newegg and sent it back to them for a replacement. They sent another, but I had the same problem. The replacement looked like it might have been the same computer I returned the first time. So, I had to send this one back for a refund. Newegg refunded my money very fast.

Other Thoughts: The first computer had one SATA cord unplugged and a power cord to the hard drive unplugged. Even after fixing these problems, the computer still didn't work. I did not even open the second computer when it did not work, I just sent it back. I will not order a Cyberpower computer again. Maybe I'll try the Gateway (good price).

1 out of 5 eggsCyberpowerpc Computers are very unreliable

Pros: Customer service was helpful.

Cons: Everything. I've read some bad reviews before. But I just assumed it was bad luck. But No. Let me tell you my story. I get a new PC spend 1050 on this machine. It comes to me, works fine. After about 1 hour of gaming, it shuts off completely doesn't work. Sent it back to cyberpowerpc for full repair. Get it back, same exact problem. Now I figured this could be something other then the computer. So i try reseating, I try new plugs, I try new monitors. Nothing fixed it. So after just getting a RMA with newegg for a replacement computer. I finnally get a brand new one. After 3 hours of playing. The HD crashes, and the computer doesn't work anymore. Your best bet would be to stay away from this computer or any computer from any of the brands on this site. Build your own, get a dell or a gateway. Remember. Quality > price. You will only deal with problems going with cyberpowerpc.

3 out of 5 eggsGreat computer issue with mobo

Pros: Great computer super fast nice case that is easily upgradable, supports dual monitors which is great no issues with slowness, as the previous reviewer I am upgrading a 6 year old computer so this is no comparrison to what I previously had.

Cons: My computer came with a bad mobo asus m3n72-d when I went to upgrade to 8gb ram the 3rd slot is bad so I am using 2gb sticks in the 1, 2, and 4th slots for 6gb ram total. Also when I turn the computer on there is no display I have to turn the computer on and off sometimes 5x before the BIOS will finally come up. This is all due to a bad mobo which I am sure will get fixed shortly but due to the holiday on monday customer service for cypberpowerpc was closed.

Other Thoughts: Great computer when I finally get a new mobo for the system thats the only thing that keeps it from getting 5 stars when the new mobo arrives I will update.

5 out of 5 eggsI can finally visit Dalaran

Pros: This computer is simply a fantastic machine. I have upgraded from a 6 year old single core intel pentium 4 type computer. Everything was intact on arrival and worked on first start up. I was able to play supreme commander with all the settings up on high while downloading the patches for World of Warcraft with no slow downs. Wow works at 60 FPS with every setting on high and at 30 FPS in Dalaran in the busy times I got 56 FPS in the mornings. I'm sure it would even be better if I fine tuned some settings but I'm noobish with those. Used to have to delete old games on the old 80 gig computer hard drive just to load a WOW patch now I can probably load every single game I have purchased for the last 12 years on this new one. Thanks newegg for the quick shipping as well.

Cons: The computer comes with a ps/2 mouse but there is no where to plug it into the computer? The motherboard only supports a ps/2 keyboard. Kinda confused maybe I'm missing something so I need to buy a USB mouse if I wish to ever use one again apparently.

Other Thoughts: When I tried to register vista I got an error code just make sure you change the date and time and it will fix the problem. Mine was set to Feb 2008 so it messed up the vista activation. This computer works great with the 22 inch widescreen acer I got which is also perfect. :)
