Pros: So far it has been a good experience so far. The build is very solid, maybe a tad heavy but I so that as a plus for anyone letting kids play with it. It would take some serious effort for a child to knock this off a counter. Screen is nice, clear and very bright. It runs windows 8 very smoothly and is very responsive. The thunderbolt ports have already been very useful to me, I have 2 screens added on to built in screen.
Cons: Windows 8 is still a bit buggy. I had a few installs fail. But I just had to re-install them, but i was forced to restart because the failed installs were not closing completely. This thing is heavy, your not going to want to move it around.
Other Thoughts: I can't say this is a con yet. But my thunderbolt to vga connection wasn't allowing for a 16:9 HD resolutions. This may have more to do with my adapter than the ports themselves. I ordered some new ones so i should know soon. FYI the HDMI-in is a pass-tho, it does not allow for HDMI capture. you'll have to find something else for that.
When i ran the Performance assessment, i was getting a weird hum out of the video card area. I'm going to have to keep my eye on it.
All in all, this seems to be the most complete All-in-one PC's I've seen. For gaming I would say this model is a tad under-powered, but is a much better option then Intel HD graphics.
