Pros: Fast (4.2 overall), display is crisp, works great. Has built in bluetooth and the "kick-stand" can be replaced with wall mount. After Upgrading the BIOS to A7 they work without a glitch. Mine came with Dell Next Business day service for a year.
Cons: It REFURBISHED. I bought 6 of them, some had a few scratches.
Other Thoughts: I picked up 3 of them for a client's new office and liked them so much I got one for my wife and will be replacing my desktop computer with one. (That is after I test the VGA out to make sure I can use a second monitor.)

Rating: 4/5Good backup service
Pros: Power adaptor failed to work but thanks to good backup service that received an replacement in 4 working days. Good machine in this price tag.
Cons: Cooling fan is very noisy, even not running in multi tasking.

Rating: 3/5improperly listed, but still workable
Pros: This machine is relatively beefy for the price. The 1080p display and sound system are of excellent quality for a machine of this level.
Batteries were included, the wireless keyboard works fine with the built in receiver, and the included mouse works fantastically on multiple surfaces.
Cons: The machine is shipped with a 150W power supply. It was either designed for a 180W power supply or the value was altered during the refurbishment process.
This causes a non-removable nag screen after POST stating that performance will be decreased due to power supply mismatch. Pretty rough.
Other than that, the usual, easily disabled Dell bloatware and pre-installed McAffee virus scan glurge are present.
Other Thoughts: I bought this as a Mother's day gift.
Newegg declined my card twice (for some reason). Someone out there saw that I was shipping to the address of another account, (my mom's) so they called her house and asked her if she wanted to pay for it on her card.
At approximately the same time my 3rd attempt at using my card went through just fine.
The computer was supposed to be a surprise for mother's day. WAY TO RUIN THE SURPRISE NEWEGG, lol.

Rating: 3/5Good All-in-one PC
Pros: Plenty of processing power for average use - web browsing, watching videos/movies (HD is clean & smooth). Wireless keyboard & mouse are simple and work very well. Wi-Fi & bluetooth buit-in. One power plug is the only connection you need. Sound quality is much better than I expected for small built-in speakers.
Cons: DVD drive is a little slow for ripping/copying/burning DVDs, because it is a laptop drive. It came with the wrong size power supply - 150W and should be 180W. I have to acknowledge a warning message evertime it starts. It warns that the PC will be running in a decreased perfomance mode. I have contacted NewEgg about this 3 times since i received it over a week ago - supposedly there is a new power supply being shipped. Don't accept this PC with a 150W power supply - Dell's stickers state that it has been refurbished to original factory specs and it originally came with a 180W power supply. Also, the sound quit working shortly after powering up and loading some updates. I had to go to Dell website to download & reload audio driver. **There is no Dell Tech Support on this!! When I contacted them by phone, they stated that the account was suspended and transferred me around for a 1/2 hour. Eventually I think I ended up at a collection agency? I didn't have time for all that and gave up
Other Thoughts: GREAT PC, but I'm taking off 2 eggs for audio issue, wrong power supply, and no Dell support. Dell tech support is one of the main reasons to buy a Dell! I'm not crazy about how it sits on a table/desk - it would be a little better if it had a stand to elevate it. I am using it with a wall-mount, so no big-deal. Doesn't come with some of the manuals - i had to download a guide from Dell to see how to take the stand off the back in order to use a wall mount. I use this at our counter/bar between kitchen & living room. Very simple & clean appearance and no wires hanging all over the place.
