Pros: None

Cons: Sells one item, ships another... repeatedly. Not a 'mistake' but a tactic they have been known for for some time.
Check out AVS Forums for details, MANY, many were scammed, some caught it and called them out, at first they would actually pick up & replace the wrong items, now they deny / hang up/ do not reply to msgs or emails!

Other Thoughts: If you buy any item from them - tripple check you got the right product, NEW, not some leftover bits they toss in a box and ship as new.
Shockingly poor service and for a family owned company, they should be ashamed.

Pros: None other than it's a perfect fit for a Sony 42 inch tv...

Cons: The sound is horrible if you don't have a sub with it. tested it when I took it out of the box and as the previous post says, the wrapping in the box it came was pitiful...really looks like a refurb piece or even something sent to you from a bad "auctions site" sender...anyway, the next morning, all I get out of the Digital Audio is a constant buzzing sound...it's going right back to the shipper for a refund.

Pros: If there are any pro's will add to this post in future.

Cons: Based on the way the speaker was wrapped on the inside of the box with bubble wrap instead of tight fitting sterofoam makes me think this is a B-Stock item. In other words a previously used item, not new in box.

Other Thoughts: Thought the deal was good on sale but wondering if all I got was a returned speaker.
