Cons: The unexpectedly thick, stiff, wire used for this cable, reduces its usable length. I would say that, roughly, this 18" long cable could, at best, only reach between two HDMI jacks that were no more than 9" apart. Other Thoughts: While I will keep these cables, I wish I had picked longer ones. I had to only reach about 12", and thought these at 18" would work well, but unfortunately, they don't. 0 out of 2 people found this review helpful. Did you? Cons: With a short cable unless you have your device back to back you need to be able to bend it easily into a U. This cable is ridiculously stiff and very difficult to route. I have a 15' cable a 1/4 of the thickness that works just fine and is nice and flexible so this stiffness is unnecessary. 4 out of 8 people found this review helpful. Did you?
