4 out of 5 eggsThey work pretty good

Pros: They work as advertised. They give off a good bit of light and seem to recharge well.

Cons: There is no time setting for the lights. So when activated they stay on about a minute then automatically turn off. It would be nice to have a setting switch to extend this amount of time.

Other Thoughts: Good product and good price if caught on sale.

Pros: I have this for more than 1.5 yrs for 25 bucks. I place this front of my house. This product does a great job in all 4 seasons. Sensor is very sensitive with a long range of distant. I did some trick to cover some part of the sensor to shorter the distance, so that it won't auto turn on when a car pass by. The LED light is so bright at night. It ROCKS!

Cons: Wish it has a timer turn off feature. But with this price, I don't no problem with it.

4 out of 5 eggsQuality product from a trustworthy brand

Pros: Great little LED light, the two light beams are surprisingly bright and illuminate my driveway. The motion sensors are very sensitive to anything within 20 feet or so.

Cons: The cord for the solar panel is too short. It's only about 8-10 feet or so

5 out of 5 eggsMaintenance free and trouble free

Pros: I strapped one of these lights on the end of my front porch with a Dollar Tree bungee cord 4+ years ago. I used another bungee cord to strap the solar panel to a 2 foot metal pole in the flower garden below facing the afternoon sun. I haven't touched either since, not even to replace a battery. It is triggered by any motion in my driveway 25 feet away and anything in between along the walkway. It lights up (adequate but not bright light) about 1/3 of the front of my house and across the driveway (35-40 feet maybe).

I just bought 6 more.

Cons: Only con was mentioned before. There is no duration control. It stays on about 25 seconds and no way to adjust the time.

Other Thoughts: It is on sale at best price I have seen for couple more days.

4 out of 5 eggsGood buy

Pros: I had it for 5 months and still works great. the light is not bright but just enough for my patio. The sensor detects about 10ft within 45 degree.

Cons: the light turns off in 10 sec. It should have an option to adjust the timing.

5 out of 5 eggsTo all say it not work in winter

Pros: Great lights, Read other thoughts

Cons: Noda .

Other Thoughts: I have these all over on porch and driveway. I live in NY and during the winter the censors on these rosewill solar lights work better and are more sensitive then the wired 120v lights on front door How do i know well i had these lights next to the wired lights for 4 years for when power failure.
In the winter way below 32 freezing When i open front door these lights turn on and i have to step out the door then wave my arms and hands in front on the wired lights to get them on. I do this many times a night lettering dogs
out side also i have them all over outside if they didn't work in the winter i would not be able to get from my car to the house and must say these rosewill solar lights work fantastic in summer winter or fall. They work great in all seasons

I don't understand reading reviews of people having problems with them. I would have thought it from bad quality control, but i have 8 of these lights and 4 of this in the single light model and all of them working perfect. They charge fast, last all night and are very sensitive in any weather

Just take your time and install them correctly

5 out of 5 eggs3+ year review update

Pros: 3+ years and still going as the first day. More light for the price then any other.

Cons: They do seem a little cheep but if installed correctly they work very well.
The only cone is i didn't buy more when they on sale for $20 . This has nothing to do with there performance. There the best solar lights i have had to date

Other Thoughts: . I took a chance with these rosewill solar light on sale from newegg .i am extremely pleased . They lasted the 60-80 mile per hour winds from the storm and many more storms and lighted the way to the generator during the storms. They have worked and lighted the way every hight since installed . I using 6 of these lights on a wood boardwalk thats connects the parking lot to my cabin and on and in outside sheds that are on the walkway, there installed under railing on walkway shining the way each pair of lights turns on as walked by, need to position the censer just right so it works coming or going , I have 3 cats that get fed daily and nightly under these lights. The cats walking under and turning on the lights all night long and still they last over 3 years and still work like new.

After trying many solar lights from the big brand department store and home improvement stores spending way over thousands of dollars on them in the past 5 to 8 years only to have them last one season.

I live in upstate NY about 45 -60 minutes from the city and off the path in the woods . With bears, ciots, eagles and all sorts of wiled animals. Heavy snow in winter and lots of sun in summer. Not one solar light i purchased locally at any price lasted over a year.

But these rosewill lights no problem . They do seem cheep but if installed correctly they do last and give off more light for the money then any other i tried even brighter then a pair that cost $200 and didn't even last a season.

Please note warning,
though these lights get along with my cats. There was an instance where the cat fell off the railing and as was falling grabs one of these lights only to pull it from its base and both cat and light fell to ground. The cat did fall upright and on its feet. :) just beware cats can disable these lights and break the little plastic where the screws hold it to the base i had to use a little glue to replace the screws and all is good.

So in the end the lights work great out lasting any other solar light i have tried and anything the earth has thrown at them aside from the cat .

beware of cats. Lol

no really my cats love these lights they use them all the time walking and resting laying down under these lights at night. The lights also great for alerting me of other critter outside.

Its pitch black at night around me no street lights nothing and Need 9 more to finish have a couple hundred feet left on walkway and could use another 6 - 8 around the cabin and in parking lot. They be great to use as emergency lights in the cabin just till generator is running .

These are Good solar lights a specially for the price If you can get over the cheep plastic and just need to work .
