Pros: Low cost, acceptable daytime image, much better than the Chinese cameras off a certain popular "E" site that ends in the word "Bay".

Cons: Even for a camera in the low cost category, the image is excessively grainy at night. This is guaranteed to create false positive motion events with any recording software. Be prepared to spend some time with the motion sensitivity settings of your recording software of choice.

Other Thoughts: I just bought my second. I would not pay a penny more for this camera than $24.99 + free shipping. For just a little more, one can buy a camera with much better nighttime resolution.

Pros: From the Kg***d kit cmos cameras to these was like the difference between night and day. With the CCD and the greater degree field of view it's made up for what I've been missing all along. Quick shipping and the

Cons: Only 12 LED, not 24 like described but the night view distance still doubles what I had.
