The Logitech Mini Controller was designed specifically for Google TV systems, giving you the dedicated commands you need to search, control, and interact with videos from TV and the Web, all from your keyboard. The palm-sized keyboard, touch pad and remote control combo fits into the palm of your hand, but still lets you control the Logitech Revue experience.

Palm-sized keyboard with illuminated keys Put your text messaging skills to use with the easy-to-use palm-sized keyboard. You’ll have a fast and convenient way to enter text, so it’s easy to search for and find things to watch. With an illuminated keypad, you’ll be able to find the keys you’re looking for, even in the dark. To make things easier still, the backlighting color changes depending on the mode you’re in: green for navigation, orange for typing and pointing.
Entertainment-system controls You can not only use your Mini Controller with Logitech Revue but also control your TV, receiver and cable or satellite set-top box. With basic commands—including Play, Pause, Rewind, and Fast Forward—you don’t need to pick up another remote to switch channels, change the volume, or control videos when you’re using it with Logitech Revue.
Dual-mode touch pad No mouse? No problem. The space-saving design works as both a touch pad and a directional pad, making it easy to navigate websites and other online content without a mouse.

I bought a few of these as backups in case my other ones die and too spread them around the house a bit more with all my HTPCs. Checked them both to make sure they work and all seems well. Cons: Didn't come with the software disk, but I didn't need it anyway since I am running it with XBMC, and it works right out of the box. Other Thoughts: These are normally priced way to high for what they really are, getting them at this price is well worth it. Did you find this review helpful? Cons: ZERO DOCUMENTATION.... looked up manual on internet and finally found it. didnt tell me much. ended up spending an hour playing with buttons to see what did what. Other Thoughts: If you get one of these for a HTPC as I did, to right mouse click you need to press and hold the "function" key and the mouse button. 1 out of 1 people found this review helpful. Pros: It's small size and back-lit keys is what makes this better than the keyboard. Also, I can type faster than on the keyboard which would have to be on my lap or somewhere practically flat whereas I can hold this like a gamegear and do everything that can be done with the board. I really wanted to consolidate my remotes and not have a geeky full-sized keyboard on my coffee table all the time. So far it's been a huge success! Cons: It should have had another row of dedicated buttons for some main features, such as turning on and off your TV or set-top box.
