Pros: IT WORKS GREAT,GREAT BATTERY POWER LAST LONG GREAT FOR THE PRICE OF $29.99 WITH COUPON THE PHONE IS EASY TO PUT IN UR POCKET. NOT TO HEAVY
Cons: NO VOLUME CONTROL. NO INSTRUCTIONS HOW TO INCREASE THE VOLUME THE PHONE IS VERY SIMPLE BUT SOME OPTIONS ON THE PHONE CAN BE VERY COMPLICATED.
Other Thoughts: THE PHONE IS GOOD BUT ASK ABOUT THE VOLUME CONTROL BEFORE U BUY. DO NOT BUTY THIS PRODUCT IF IT IS NOT ON SALE WITH THE COUPON

Rating: 5/5Tough, cheap, and good
Pros: This phone gets an excellent signal where my much nicer Android Galaxy gets nothing. I got it for my middle-school-aged kid, he loves its features, and his friends think it looks awesome. The battery lasts forever, and it's tough as nails. I'm really satisfied, considering it was SO cheap.
Cons: This is a very basic phone, the manual isn't very good, the sound quality on the MP3 player isn't iPhone-quality, and the camera doesn't take super-sharp images...BUT this phone completely blows away anything else the same bottom-rung price range.
Other Thoughts: I bought this phone for my middle-school-aged kid, and I'd buy it again in a heartbeat.
People in other reviews complain about not being able to adjust the volume -- the volume adjustment is on the "I" and "O" (as denoted by the "-" and "+" on the keys). This isn't listed in the manual, but it isn't *that* counter-intuitive.

Rating: 1/5Never Again
Pros: Cheap, small, dual chip is convenient, lots of new phones features
Cons: Bad quality, very ugly screen, broke after 2 weeks of use.
Other Thoughts: Phone failed just after 3 weeks. Called neweggg and told me that I had to get a RMA from the BLUe company, after I got it the RMA, newegg they told me that I had to ship the phone to the vendor (which is in the us and I'm in canada) no the phone will cost me around $90. where in fact I could have got a nicer one from the begining. STAY AWAY from this phone, save some extra bucks and get a better one.

Rating: 4/5Good for the money
Pros: Price is hard to beat for a no-contract phone with this many features. Bluetooth, MP3/MP4 player, camera, etc. Screen is easy to read.
Cons: Keyboard feels a bit cheap and the mechanical keyclick noise is louder than you'd expect. Very limited internal memory -- Google News web page can't load due to limited memory even with 8GB flash card added. "Facebook app" is actually "Facebook Chat", not Facebook. Unfortunately, AT&T sees the phone as a "Blackberry 8800" and auto-adds a smartphone data plan account instead of leaving you on the feature phone data plan as it should. The phone is non-3G so data connection is very slow if you do try to use the web browser.
Other Thoughts: My wife breaks at least one phone a year so I'm always on the lookout for decent, inexpensive feature phones with camera and QWERTY keyboard entry. My wife is usually dissatisfied with her phones but actually likes this one. Unfortunately we may not be able to use this phone if the AT&T network continues to ID this phone as a Blackberry 8800 and insists on charging us for a smartphone data plan.

Rating: 2/5so so phone
Pros: Nice to have two simm card in one phone.
Cons: Volume is not that good. Sometimes, I cannot hear the other party. Phone directory, you cannot enter one person name his phone and home number. You need to enter it seperately.

Rating: 4/5Great Backup Phone
Pros: For such a cheap phone, this little guy came packed with plenty of features. + Bluetooth (for headsets and transferring files) + Can play mp3's (has a 3.5mm jack for ear-buds) + Loud + Impressive battery life (4-5 days with light to moderate usage) + Micro SD slot for memory expansion (you will need a card if you want to listen to music on this thing) + Dual SIM capability (I can only see this being convenient for somebody who has to lug around personal and work phones) + Has FM radio (you will need to pug in earbuds to get it working) + One of the cheapest phones you can buy without a contract + Come with earbuds and a usb cable.
All things considered, this phone has a rather impressive feature set for the price. Being able to connect a bluetooth headset and listen to music on a forty dollar phone is quite nice.
Cons: - Small screen - Poor documentation - UI makes phone difficult to navigate at times - Keyboard feels cheap (keys are rubbery) - 1.3 mp camera is decent at best (naturally you can't expect more from a fort dollar phone)
Other Thoughts: While its not realistic to expect much from a phone for this price, you do get an impressive host of features. I would not recommend this phone as a primary device but it does make a great backup for those occasions when your nice (expensive) cellphone breaks because or you just had to try to install a custom rom...
If you need nothing more from a phone and to make calls and to occasionally send text-messages then this little guy fits the bill perfectly.

Rating: 1/5Bad phone and can not return
Pros: A lot of features
Cons: Volume and speaker very low. I could barely hear the other party voice even I put the volume to the highest level. And the worse of all, you can not return for phone purchase. Customer service kept put me on hold for almost half an hour to process the replacement and the result she still couldn't replace it. Gave me other phone number to call for replacement. Unprofessional customer service.
