The 2G data limit (If you don't have AT&T) My fault for not noticing but most of the current phone (This one's only 1 year old from production dates) have min 3G. Other Thoughts: Overall it's a very good phone. It works like a phone should. If you're looking for something to play games on and have a WIFI signal for streaming videos, this phone is amazing for handling multimedia apps. Feels good to hold in your hand.
Solid but not too heavy.
Gets good reception for both WIFI and cell towers and also the bluetooth works nicely to transfer files between phones, if you need to.

Cons: Battery could be a bit larger capacity. I have used it all day long and it lasts about 8-8.5 hours (Heavy use). So if you are going to need it past that and use it heavily prepare to charge it in car or somewhere.
But I guess with the slim design something had to be taken away.
