Cons: screen die after 2 month as of today. batter life die quickly after 15 minutes warning. waste money..dont buy....

Pros: good keyboard, good sound quality, good picture viewing/camera

Cons: Within three months of ownership, the screen was failing and turning black. It would accept no input and often would not restart until taking the battery out.

Other Thoughts: Without bugs, this is a fairly good phone. The only problem is that the bugs are fairly major and are unable to be adapted to.

Pros: DECENT PHONE

Cons: DIED AFTER 6 MONTHS

Pros: it has good looking, low price, lots features, and it is easy to use.

Cons: bad quality! my phone died four months after i bought it from newegg.

Pros: QWERT keyboard, gps, email, bluetooth, all the features, etc. for a low price. Reasonably good looking. Newegg delivery and customer support. Nice phone if all you need is something simple (text and chat), but can also have some of the extras if you want those too (gps, email, browser).

Cons: Phone has serious reliability issues. Touchscreen literally died within 12 hours of receiving phone. Searched online and turns out this is a common problem with this phone. Returned for refund. See below.

Other Thoughts: PDA Giant seems like a sketchy company to deal with. To get an RMA, I had to call them, but they don't answer their phone (looping automated message), and their email response was useless. I would not (ever) buy anything from them again, through Newegg or not. Newegg DID pull through and issued me an RMA anyways. Refund was smooth and quick (except for trying to contact PDA Giant). In the end, got all my money back (even shipping) and all it cost me was a couple hours of time.

Pros: When I purchase this phone from newegg(PDAGIANT) and I was skeptical that phone may not be brand new. It turn out it was new phone as seller said. If you are ATT or T-mobile or 3G GSM customer and need decent slide out keyboard phone than this phone is to buy. Remember, this phone delicate so use with care and will last few years. This phone is better than what ATT/T-mobile offers to non-data plan(quick text) 2 year contract customers.

Cons: Not very sturdy or screen is not as responsive as recent phones but you get 3G, slide out keyboard, 2.8 inch screen and decent size

Other Thoughts: If you or your family have voice and texting plan and do not want to sign up 2 year contract with ATT or T-mobile than this should be ideal phone you you. Now a days ATT charges around $49 and higher for similar phone when you sign 2-year contract.

Pros: Great keyboard, easy to text, nice design, good music player

Cons: Touch screen randomly becomes unresponsive, it's difficult to remove the battery cover (damaged the screen of one trying to get the cover off to put the sim card in), the contact quick links will disappear or move on their own despite being locked, the backdrop randomly will go back to default on one, and the 48 hour battery life

Other Thoughts: I bought two, one for me and one for my mother. It's been constant frustration, especially for her when she's trying to scroll thru contacts because she swipe on the side to scroll and a contact will get selected (happens to me too). The phones both have to be charged every other day, one is used frequently and the other is not.
Now, it is really easy to text with. The keys are a bit wider spaced than I'm used to but it was an easy adjustment. The only reason why I don't replace the phones immediately is that despite everything else, it is still easy to text and I just seem to have bad luck with messaging phones.

Pros: good for texting. value conscious phone. Nice tactile responce to screen touches. Nice screen, usable keyboard.

Cons: Haven't had it for too long, but there's nothing annoying about it really.

Other Thoughts: Christmas present along with a texting plan. Great for the money.

Pros: cheap

Cons: can't send or recive pictures. I'm sending it back
