Disclaimer
Please read the product description carefully for all unlocked cell phones.

Some unlocked cell phones sold by Newegg may have previously been locked to a specific carrier. A carrier-locked cell phone may often have carrier-specific applications and branding. Some of these applications cannot be unlocked and/or may not function with a different carrier. Also, applications requiring a data plan may result in data usage charges from the original carrier.

In addition, the cell phone box may arrive unsealed and the cell phone may appear previously handled. The unlocking procedure requires unsealing the box and manually handling the cell phone. In this case, the cell phone should not be considered "tampered with" or "defective".

1 out of 5 eggsBeware of HP customer service !!!!!!!

Pros: Cheap verizon smartphone, physical keyboard, lot of accessories available

Cons: Broken within year ,HP customer service is joke just read on....

Other Thoughts: Im running my own IT company so I consider my self tech savy .I did root few phones and tablets before so I have some experience in that field too. This phone seemed like excellent deal but before warranty expired phone started to shutting down randomly so I sent it out for repair to hp(they own palm now).Oh I wish I never did. They sent me replacement phone that I was never able to activate .Its getting stuck at update screen .No help from hp whatsoever except offer that they will fix it for $245.Yes you reading it right.$245 for repairing $45 phone that they messed up.Thats outrage.I want everybody know how hp conduct their bussines.

1 out of 5 eggsWORST PHONE EVER MADE!!!

Pros: It was relatively cheap based on its features;
Supposedly has Wi-Fi,
Supposedly has Bluetooth,
It has a touch screen in addition to a keyboard (best of both worlds in one phone, pretty rear)

Cons: You MUST create a PALM PROFILE on the phone in order to use it. You can't bypass it unless you are willing to go through a web search, apps and tools downing loading session that can easily take you over a hour or more to complete.
I have never witnessed a phone taking 2 minutes and 35 seconds to start-up, are you kidding me??? In today's day and age? Who has time to wait on a phone that long? I could start up my Asus Eee PC 1000H, shut it down and re-start it again and boot into desktop before this phone is ready to make a call.

Other Thoughts: It maybe cheap but trust me, its not worth the hassle. As I type this, I still have not been able to use the phone. I have been going through countless YouTube videos and forums looking for advice on how to get this phone to work as it was meant to. Oh, that another problem, there is little or NO SUPPORT for this phone as Palm was acquired by HP (the computer company) and they are don't really give a hoot. Save yourself the trouble, spend a little extra and get yourself a better phone.

3 out of 5 eggsThis phone is not for everyone.

Pros: Slim, fits in pocket easily, looks nice, auto correct when texting messages. Bluetooth auto connects to my car bluetooth devices, pairing is easy.

Cons: Keypad made for tiny fingers. Texting is very tough because the numbers and letters are very tiny. It takes time to de-activate the phone before use. Apps are useless because the Palm account has to be activated in order to use them. Touch screen is not responsive sometimes and the restarts by itself. Finally, battery is bad. It must be charged every night even when you don't use it at all.

Other Thoughts: I have it for almost a year or more. It would have been a good phone if the keypad were a litter bit bigger and apps like google maps, music, etc. would just work without the palm account activation. I use doubletwist to sync my music and videos, but it will only work with win7 and under.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat for the $$$

Pros: Small, can put it in any pocket including front jean pockets. Nice rubbery back it's easy to keep a hold of or set down in moving vehicle. Wifi, Mp3, 3.5mm, Email, volume on the side during calls, blinking light for new message, email, or missed call while in sleepmode, youtube, durable, quick easymute switch on side for movies or what not, small screen but you have no choice when you want a phone that actually fits in a pocket. Smartphone nerds today might as well get themselves lady purses for their phones so they can have a "big" screen that is 1/50th the size of my pc monitor. Great phone for keeping a phone a phone, yet giving you the "smart"phone options just in case you actually need them. So many places with wifi, still shocked what people pay for mobile data, while making payments on a car! lol.

Cons: None really

Other Thoughts: If you are like me and use a phone as a phone, its awesome. After 1-2 years the battery is getting a bit weak, but I have little battery packs for charging, mobile charger, home charger almost always nearby so it doesn't matter to me. For the price, it's about the best you can do.

1 out of 5 eggs

Pros: good interface, design but...

Cons: I bought two for my relatives, touch screen of one was unresponsive on the 4th month and the other after 4 months. Then i found that it had a 3 month warranty. I am totally helpless. though it was cheap but two of them make me loose an amount. I will not suggest anyone to buy this.

Other Thoughts: other than that the phone is good but without touch screen support it is like a plastic flower.

1 out of 5 eggsDONT BUY!!!

Pros: Nothing...

Cons: Definitely a USED cellphone. DO NOT BUY!!!
-It has tons of text message history from 2010 from someone
-Lots of scratches, especially on the camera lens
-Did not come with the original box
-Shouldve been labeled as USED, not new..
-Troublesome activation because it had a first owner

Never going to buy from Newegg again...

Other Thoughts: -5 Eggs. Not going to bother wasting money on return shipping to get another used phone...

5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: After disabling the palm account was easy to connect to the web using the wireless connection and am able to use all the apps.

Cons: None

Other Thoughts: Remember if you are going to disable the palm account on a 64 bit o/s then you need to install the 64 bit java offline for the
java -jar devicetool.jar command line to work properly.

3 out of 5 eggsGreat webOS Test

Pros: Great UI
Sleek Design

Cons: Slow Processor
Small Screen

Other Thoughts: I bought this phone for checking out webOS. The OS looks great. With a slightly larger screen and bumped up processor this phone would be great for an average phone user.
