Pros: Online versus!!! Its great to pit your skills against a human rather than a still predictable program. Their are so many characters...really nice. Lots of stages to battle on too. If you truly miss Tekken this is it. I miss TAG though.

The Xbox controller is not suited for fighting games at all. Directional Pad inputs commands sluggishly and the joystick is better suited for 1st person shooters.
Online - some moves don't execute at all because of latency/LAG even if you show good connection - Tested this online vs. offline no troubles offline. Giant Bosses that take up the screen and are very cheap shot like.

Other Thoughts: Someone should put a STOP to the JUGGLING. Many novice players don't get a shot in when they're pummeled into the air with 10 and 15 hit so called combos; And some of the 4 and 5 hit combos take out a tremendous amount of health. What gives? No wonder this genre has lost its foothold to FPS....Tekken seems to be going the way of Killer Instinct and Mortal Kombat 3-4 reliant upon cartoonish colorful sometimes comedic characters and backgrounds. GET Serious and Professional rely on original, rich, and connected stories, dust off classic ideas by keeping them going. TEST test and test some more don't just ask the same old people ask the new guy to try it out especially if they're going up against veterans. I could be wrong but I would do what they did with the Batman franchise and get dark and EDGY. Feeling of real life seriousness. When you make it ask yourselves....what would the military do in or with this?

Pros: Tekken is finally on XBOX 360! All characters are unlocked from the start. Classic Tekken gameplay with few tweaks and updates. Shiny HD graphics along with online play and character customization enhance an already fun experience. This is the best Tekken yet.

Cons: Online matches can suffer from a little lag at times although nothing really terrible. Offline CPU matches in ghost battle and arcade mode are now extremely difficult for some reason. The final boss in arcade mode is incredibly cheap. Overall unbalanced character design that gives certain characters the upper hand in many matches regardless of skill. Online opponents that rely entirely on cheap juggle combos.

Other Thoughts: The standard 360 controller works well enough at times but is just not really up to task for a technical fighter like this. Timing and accuracy are important in Tekken so if plan on getting full value out of your purchase you'll need an arcade stick or at least a controller designed for fighting games. Also playing through scenario campaign adds a lot of unique items for customization that allow you to make your favorite characters look like Rambo, Bruce Lee, The Joker and many more.

Pros: I'm a tekken fan and i enjoyed this game very much. Updated graphics are very nice. Lot's of customizable content. Scenario campaign was decent. Online gameplay was good.

Cons: stories of the each characters are minimized, with much of the emphasis going to lars, alisa, jin and kazuya. why?. character items are too expensive.

Pros: It's Tekken.

Cons: It's Tekken. Look, I love Tekken, but I expected more from a next gen Tekken. This is just a high rez version of the same Tekken we've played before. They took no chances; even the animations are pretty much the same ones as always. Graphically, it doesn't even look that great. DOA4 came out what, nearly 3 years ago and still looks better.

Other Thoughts: Glad I rented it. Will probably pick it up when it's 20 bucks.

Pros: All characters are available to fight with from the start. No stupid "unlocking" so you can play as a main character.
Characters are diverse and interesting to play with.
Character customization with different outfits make each player's character unique.
Scenario Campaign provides a backstory for 2 new characters and a way for beginners to learn the moves and a unique experience like from Tekken 3.
Graphically superior to many fighting cames with smooth animations.
Open rings.

Cons: Final boss is overpowered. Usually enemies in fighting games get more difficult as you advance in the tier, but Azazel's difficulty is far higher than Jin right before him.

Other Thoughts: I played the recently released Street Fighter game and can say I really like Tekken games more. It's nice that it is really 3d and has mulitiple planes of movement.

Cons: Scenario mode can seem easy for veteran Tekken players. *Then again it adds some other form of play instead of just 1 on 1 fighting which is good for beginners*

Other Thoughts: This is an excellent fighting game. The best thing would be the online competition as you can face people from everywhere. Initially when the game was released there was noticable online lag during certain matches(online lag happens with all games though...). Since Nov. 26 there has been an online update to fix this problem and i must say they did a very good job. Online matches are smooth and lag free 95% of the time when I play.
If you like endless competition and like fighting games this is a game you should look at as it is the best in my honest opinion.
P.S. if you are a beginner its best to play scenario and arcade mode to learn the moves first. there is also a practice mode to beef up your skills. For vets of the tekken series you should feel at home with online matches.

Cons: What is this game? i love tekken but this time it seem to be a RPG game? i don't need that!!! all i want to do is fight fight fight and not have to solve some puzzle game to unlock the game.....

Pros: I had Tekken 5 on PS3 and this time around, the graphics are much better than the last.

Cons: Repetition gets OLD FAST!

Pros: This game exceeds the average, Street Fighter kind of fighting game. The developers put a lot of time into adding more detail and storyline to the Tekken characters. The new Scenario Mode is what separates Tekken 6 from other fighting games. It gives the user something else to play other than the typical "One vs. One - FIGHT!" gameplay, which can grow old with players who aren't die-hard fighting game fans.

Cons: The final boss is out of place, and kind of cheap. He'll definitely mess up your Fighter's Win/Loss stats the first few times you go up against him. However, with some practice he can be defeated like everyone else.

Other Thoughts: The motions are smooth, and the graphics are killer. Give yourself the time to find which character best suits your kind of style (remember, there are 40 to choose from -- maybe more) and practice. Tekken 6 is definitely worth the buy.

Pros: It is Tekken? Strong character selection without having to unlock the characters.

Cons: No character videos after winning offline arcade. Azazel (final boss) doesn't fit the game. Tekken loves the big demon end boss but it really takes away from the game. The graphics are not anything special, they aren't a huge upgrade over Tekken 5 on PS2 with progressive turned on. What made Tekken great just isn't in the release...

Other Thoughts: I didn't buy this from Newegg. I hate the fact that I can't return opened video games to my place of purchase as I have no desire to support the game developers who released Tekken 6. Waited a long time for this game too....
