Other Thoughts: I have always had great luck with Newegg. However, I purchased a (blue) refurbished 2GB iPod shuffle from Newegg around July/August. By September, the battery life is down to about 30 minutes after being fully charged. The return policy on the "refurbished" paperwork claims that you only have 30 days or so to return.
