Cons: does not make coffee

Pros: Cuts well when works

Cons: Failed within 3 months of very light use. Manufacturer cannot be contacted. So utter loss.

Other Thoughts: Don't buy. Buy something which you can find warranty info for.

Pros: - Extremely good price with Shell Shocker deal
- Cross cuts are smaller than other shredders in this price range
- Shreds a few pieces of paper at once no problem
- Attractive look
- Solid build quality
- Useful window to see when it's getting full

Cons: - Shredding a bunch of folded paper (e.g., an unopened envelope) works but slows it down a lot

Other Thoughts: It seems somewhat loud, but I don't have any other shredders to compare it to, so take that statement with a grain of salt.

Pros: So far it works

Cons: Motor sounds like it's on it's last legs,slow,does not instill alot of confidence that this shredder will out live the warranty.

Other Thoughts: Can't recommend this at any discounted price.Go out to Staples and buy a quality 12 sheet shredder

Pros: What is there to say? it is a shredder that comes with its own fitted waste basket. It works great and does what it says it will. Shredded 3 baskets worth of paper on the first day and it handled it like a champ.

Cons: None so far

Other Thoughts: Remember to empty the basket out regularly, if it fills up the blades will eventually get backed up and not run as well.

Pros: Shredder on top of can design fits together better than some other styles I looked at. Small footprint fits under desk design.
Works well.

Cons: Every thing looks and feels good, only worried about blades wearing out or jamming. Works well for price. Top heavy, can tip over easily if bumped.
No real safety touch switch off device. If you got kids around, pay more and get a better shredder. Can't buy fingers!

Pros: Been cutting everything I put into it.

Cons: The can had a lot of dust in it when I received it, makes me think if this was a refurb.
The cutter itself seemed new anyway, and that's what matters.

Other Thoughts: Pretty good deal at $28!

Pros: It's much quieter than my old shredder, and I like the fact that it can handle credit cards.

Cons: It's slower than my old shredder, but then again it can handle more pages at the same time. Overall it's probably a wash.

Other Thoughts: I haven't had it long enough to be able to comment on frequency of paper jams and overall durability, but so far I'm happy with it.

Pros: Relatively inexpensive. Compact size.

Cons: Slows to a crawl after just a couple of pages and has a hard time shredding more than one page at a time. Frequently binds up and requires manual removal of paper strips from the cutting mechanism.

Other Thoughts: Paper is wrapping around the cutting blades. The paper shreds have a sticky quality to them, making me think there must be some sort of sticky goo involved in the manufacturing process that's causing the paper to bind to the blades. I will probably end up returning this shredder, since it has actually slowed down and jammed just trying to shred a single thin grocery store receipt tape.
