Cons: It seems to shred everything just fine, with one exception. I have tried shredding a few of my bills and all seems great but a few weeks later I turn around and they are back! Basic buttons for off,auto,fwd,and reverse. If you take care of this shredder, it should last for a good while. Cons: I am writing this review after owning this product 11 months, and today something got caught in the motor of the shredder and looks like that is it for this thing. Cons: Paper feed is for 8 1/2 inch wide paper. it is a tight 8 1/2 inches. I could have a little extra width to make it easer to feed. Basket could be a little bigger. I thought it was a good deal. We have been using for home use for last 2-3 weeks working alright. Cons: Sometime you can put too many sheets in it and fills in quickly. You get what you pay for.
