5 out of 5 eggsSuper quiet

Pros: Super quiet. Moves a ton of air. Can't even tell it's running sometimes, but keeps pc cool and quiet.

Cons: Not much, not a huge fan of the orange but who cares, it's in the back of the case where no one can see.

1 out of 5 eggsNoisy as hell

Pros: None that I can see.

Cons: Noisy, makes a vibrating/grinding sound that can be heard in the next room. I thought it woudl be like this http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835553005 one of which I already have, but it's nowhere near as quiet despite being the same brand and having the same features.

I suspect it might be a faulty unit, but the cost of RMA shipping is more than the thing costs. I might as well just toss it rather than go through RMA. if I have to pay 26$ worth of shipping.

Other Thoughts: Not so silent....

Would rate 0 eggs if it was possible, total waste of money.

5 out of 5 eggsThe germans know their stuff, man.

Pros: -Super quiet, even spooled up to 100%
-They look freaking awesome.
-Build quality is excellent, great attention to detail, like and extra molex connector and sleeved cable.

Cons: "tool less" pins are joke.

Other Thoughts: I have 6 of these bad boys on a push/pull config on 360mm external radiator. They have a very concentrated air flow, so it makes them great for radiator applications. At 800 rpm, I can hear my HDD over the fans.

5 out of 5 eggsExceeded my already high expectations

Pros: Very silent
High airflow (I can really feel it)
Low cost
Sleeved cables
Screws were VERY EASY to install
Includes rubber grommets

Cons: weird colour scheme but it does not bother me one bit

Other Thoughts: I replaced the two corsair AF 140 that came with my air 540 with 3 of these fans, and the difference is huge! In the lowest cougar RPMs, they are pushing more air than the corsair fans were at their maximum speeds. Thus leading in much more silence and airflow. Their design is not just marketing, as the air does not flow on the sides but is rather centered and led straight. Turning them all the way up with my fan controller, they push SO MUCH AIR and the sound is not nearly as loud as the corsair fans! I would highly recommend these fans. German engineering is real!

5 out of 5 eggsQuiet and Moves a Lot of Air

Pros: This fan is quiet, moves a lot of air and whats not to like about the color. Without adding led fans, it's a good way to get some color in your build, if you like orange. Very happy with the fan.

Cons: None so far.

Other Thoughts: This fan does make a very slight hi pitched sound when you run it slow from a 3 pin fan controller. Sound does go away when run above 60%. Did not take an egg away, because that is just what PWM fans do when connected to a 3 pin fan controller.

4 out of 5 eggscools my system

Pros: my computer use to get so hot during 1440p ultra settings battlefield 4 multiplayer games, so I bought this fan for the fan opening on the top of my case. It no longer gets the case hot, it only gets warm to the touch. cheap

Cons: could move more air.

4 out of 5 eggsNice Fans, Slower than Advertized

Pros: These are nice quite fans that move a lot of air. I bought 4 of these to replace the 2 140mm three pin fans in a Fractal Designs Define R4 case for a FreeNAS Build. The idea was that as their lowest rotational speed was 800rpm and my motherboard supports Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) the minimal speed should move enough air to keep the 8 3TB NAS disks below 40 degrees Celsius. I installed 2 in the front and two in the back and top in a push-pull configuration and used a modified 5-way 4-pin splitter bought at NewEgg to use a single PWM signal from to the Mobo and added pins and sockets to bring all 4 Tachometer (TAC) signals back. The Motherboard is a SuperMicro X10SL7 with 16GB Crucial ECC memory and a Xeon Haswell E1231v3 all bought at the Egg as Well.

Cons: The issue I am having is that all 4 fans running at the lowest PWM setting only push between 500 and 600rpm (485-575 from IPMIutil). This is 25% under their rated minimum speed and though most of the disks are now under 40C under load one is not and I suspect that as things age it will get worse. I am going to replace these with Noctua NF-A14s which also have a 800rpm minimum speed but being 140mm will move a larger volume of air at that rotational speed.

Other Thoughts: All-in-all these are nice fans. No flashy LEDs, the black ones aren't too colorful. Even at high speed they are very quite (25dBa). I would not hesitate to use these in another application requiring good airflow with minimum noise they just won't work well in the current application. I did not observe any strange noises or vibrations in the top-mounted fan and used stock screws rather than the rubber thingies.

5 out of 5 eggsQuiet Fan

Pros: Rubber thingys didn't fit, but it has pads on the case so I don't think you need them. Good pressure and sleeved cable so its easier to hide

Cons: Wasn't free

5 out of 5 eggsMoves a lot of air!

Pros: These fans are great! I now have 2, they are amazing. Combined with Asus's Al Suite 3, my PC is quieter when gaming, and almost silent when I'm browsing the internet.

Cons: None

Other Thoughts: The orange bugged me at first, though now I feel it goes with the black steel very well.
