4 out of 5 eggsBest deal for the money

Pros: Snagged them on sale for about 8 bucks a pop!
Very quiet
Good PWM control, despite some other reviews to the contrary
Pretty quiet even in pull-only horizontally (radiator) where a lot of fans have trouble.

Cons: One egg off because the specs aren't really accurate. I think they're probably capable of those specs but they should really do one of these that will run up to 1500-1600rpm to achieve it.

Other Thoughts: Great case fans, decent quiet radiator fans. Really good deal for the money, don't hesitate.

1 out of 5 eggsBad Purchase

Pros: Quiet
Rosewill brand
4-pin connector with speed feedback

Cons: I actually believe that Rosewill (Newegg's brand) usually puts out good products however they need to retire the ROCF-11004 and throw out any stock. This fan moves very little air unless at 100% PWM. Using Asus Fan Xpert+ on my P8z77-v LK motherboard, neither of the 2 fans purchased would even spin under 80% PWM... zero movement.

Readings fan 1 (SN 35200068111200065) using Cha_Fan1 port:
FAN_POWER FAN_SPEED
100% 1324 rpm
90% 1072 rpm
80% 728 rpm
70% 0 rpm
60% 0 rpm
etc...

Readings fan 2 (SN 35200068111200130) using Cha_Fan3 port:
FAN_POWER FAN_SPEED
100% 1335 rpm
90% 1056 rpm
80% 743 rpm
70% 0 rpm
60% 0 rpm
etc...

EXTREMELY disappointed in these fans. Even on sale I cannot recommend these parts.

5 out of 5 eggsbest fan around

Pros: I already have 4 of these fans and they are fantastic! Hands down the best I've used. They push Aton of air even at lower rpm and are super quiet and all for a pretty good price!

Cons: None:)

5 out of 5 eggsGood stuff!!!!!

Pros: Great fan, seems to be performing at rated specs. Running full blast u can hardly hear them dead silent at anything under that. Highly recommend and will buy more! Price to performance hard to beat.

Cons: None so far!

3 out of 5 eggsQuiet but Lack Performance

Pros: Quiet even at full RPM. Sturdy construction. Hydro dynamic bearing.

Cons: Lacking performance. Airflow not concentrated.

Other Thoughts: This fan did not work with the 4 pin PWM header on my motherboard for some reason. I also have the 140mm version of this fan and that one works flawlessly on that very PWM header, not to mention the much better performance. I bought this fan because the 140mm version was pretty good, but the 120mm Hyperborea is nowhere near as effective.

5 out of 5 eggsVery quiet fans in my gaming system

Pros: Got 3 of these fans on sale. They are very quiet which is my reason for buying them and move a good amount of air in and out of my system. These are PWM fans so make sure you MB has 4 pin plugs. I'm a moderate gamer and i don't overclock so can't comment on the performance of the fans for that scenario. But if you are looking for affordable quiet fans that don't rattle your case look no further.

Cons: The rubber pegs are a bit of an annoyance to install. They feel like they'll snap if tugged on too hard but held up quite well with all my VERY hard tugging on them to install the fans.

Other Thoughts: Installed in a CM Storm Scout 2, 2 fans at the front and replaced stock fan with the remaining 1. My MB is MSI Z77A-G45 which has 2 PWM 4pin plugs. The 2 front fans (intake) are connected to the front 4pin plug via the Geild 4 pin PWM Y plug, the MB reads both with no issues, and the remaining fan to rear 4Pin plug (exhaust). Here's my full system spec:

Intel Core i5-3570K (stock speed)
MSI Z77A-G45
Patriot Intel Extreme Master, Limited Edition 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3 1866
Rosewill CAPSTONE Series CAPSTONE-650-M 80 PLUS GOLD Certified Modular PSU
EVGA SuperClocked 02G-P4-2662-RX GeForce GTX 660 2GB (stock speed)
Rosewill RCX-ZAIO-92
Rosewill Hyperborea 120mm PWN case fan X 3
COOLER MASTER CM Storm Scout 2 Black

4 out of 5 eggsFan itself is decent

Pros: The actual fan itself is decent, which is of course the most important consideration.

It moves a decent amount of air (compared to the Cougar Vortex it replaced), and airflow seems to be reasonably concentrated.

Noise levels were okay at full speed, but nothing amazing. The noise profile is a low steady hum, so it didn't bother me too much, but I can definitely hear this fan.

Cons: Accessories were on the cheap side.

The rubber mounts were completely dysfunctional. Not only are they cheaply made (one broke when I removed it), but they didn't work at all. The heads on the rubber mounts were too small to securely mount to the screw holes on my case.

The PWM cable on the fan is also a little short.

3 out of 5 eggsNo molex

Pros: I'm not sure, as I actually didn't turn it on

Cons: No molex adapter.

Other Thoughts: This is actually my fault. I expected, as with most fans that I have purchased, that this would include a molex adapter for power. I was wrong. There is ONLY the 4-pin connector. I recommend buying the following cable with this fan. You can use the 3-pin to molex with this fan.

5 out of 5 eggs:)

Pros: Wonderful fans are super quiet and move a good amount of air. I have two of these running a push/pull setup on my Corsair H60. I have them running 100% and I cannot hear them over my side panel fan. Temps on an FX6100 o/c to 4ghz with the H60 are 35C idle and 42C gaming.

Cons: None at all.

Other Thoughts: I would recommend these to anyone.

1 out of 5 eggs

Pros: none Fan DOA

Cons: Fan arrived dead, plugged into MB and it tried to turn but just wouldn't. I ordered a 140 of the same type and it works just fine so I received a defective fan. It cost me more than I paid for the fan to have it returned for a replacement.
