5 out of 5 eggsworking as advertised for over a year

Pros: moves a good amount of air at 2200 rpm

Cons: its kinda loud at full blast, but is a fan. what do you expect?

Other Thoughts: if you dont care about noise, i'd recommend it.

4 out of 5 eggsGood fan.

Pros: Has good airflow.

Cons: None.

Other Thoughts: It is a fan. It moves air. And it's cheap.

1 out of 5 eggsThese fans are terrible.

Pros: Oh its fast. Like the wind.

Cons: Three fans out of five are dead. One is not dead, but now it is making this terrible winding noise. I've checked for possible interference with the fan blades by other components, but nothing of the sort.

Rosewill fans are always like this. You get good fans for like a month, then they just flame out. If they weren't so cheap, I'd switch to another brand.

Other Thoughts: Ugh.

5 out of 5 eggsNice fans

Pros: Got it for 3.99 on 6/19/2012 (M/DD/YYYY) so i had it almost a year now, almost 11 months now
Seems quiet despite it has a loud rating, however i am using a home made vibration absorber made from some packing foam, and it runs at the slowest speed, my motherboard is controlling the speed
2 ball bearing, so they last a very long time and can be mounted in any position (look up bearing types on wikipedia)
Comes with a grill and fan controller
Moves lots of air

Cons: not free...

Other Thoughts: me and my mom split the contents i put the controller in her computer, while i got the fan/grill
i don't think i have had the fan run at 100%, my GPU (Asus GTX550 TI @ 910 MHz) does not get warm enough to up its built in fan (stays at 30% while under 60C temp maxes at 55C) and my Phenom II 965 @3.7GHz runs nice and cool with a Hyper 212 EVO (dual fans, stock + CM Sickle flow) blowing the air out the roof exhaust on the rosewill challenger, using this fan for a rear exhaust, my intake is a CM sickle flow fan and one of the included case fans is on the lower side intake, my board is a M4A79XTD EVO and the PSU is a 520W modular seasonic (bronze rated)

My temps at idle are normally under 30C, my max load temps are ~51C (CPU) ~55C (GPU)
I am using a script to control my GPU fan so that it will run at speeds over 30% when under load as under stock config it will never go over 30% it's HSF is so awesome, 55C is its max without that script

3 out of 5 eggsQuiet???

Pros: An awesome deal on sale for $4.99 each - controller, grill & fan! Seem to move lots of air.

Cons: Wayyy loud. I bought 3 sets just to get the speed controllers and then 1 of 3 controllers turned out DOA - not worth the hassle or cost of returning...besides that, after 1 of 3 controllers DOA & hearing these fans I'll never order them again. If you have to crank 'em down to live with 'em then buy slower, quieter fans - I'm not really sure what you could use a fan like this at full speed for...

Other Thoughts: Perhaps my definition of "quiet" is different than other folks. In fairness, Newegg doesn't advertise them as being quiet...I got that from the reviews, but the reviewers are wrong. Even with the fan controller turned all the way down these fans let you know they're working - and shipped with a dead controller thus direct power they're just overwhelming. They do move air, but I don't wanna wear earplugs when putering.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat fan great deal

Pros: I've bought several of these fans over the past 3 years or so and haven't had one fail yet. They come with a speed controller, fan grill and all the screws - even a screw for mounting the speed controller in a rear case slot. They also have the 3 wire connector for the board for speed monitoring although they pull their power from the large 4 wire connector.

Cons: The blades are red?

Other Thoughts: Fans that cost 4x as much don't have all the extras these have.

5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Push a lot of air
No annoying lights
Relatively quiet
Ball bearing fan

Cons: High pitched whine when you have them at full speed but are still quieter than my old 90mm sleeve bearing fans.
Cables could be a tad longer.

Other Thoughts: Great fans.
