4 out of 5 eggsGood fans, kind of loud

This review is from: Cooler Master SickleFlow 120 - Sleeve Bearing 120mm Red LED Silent Fan for Computer Cases, CPU Coolers, and Radiators

Pros: They work, feel like good quality, have the nice 3 pin connectors (and adapter to 4-pin molex)

Cons: They are kind of loud and there is no speed controller for them. Also wish the cables were longer. The fan cables are the only ones I was not able to hide.

5 out of 5 eggsLow noise w/ good flow

This review is from: Cooler Master SickleFlow 120 - Sleeve Bearing 120mm Red LED Silent Fan for Computer Cases, CPU Coolers, and Radiators

Pros: Good flow, low noise, fairly durable (I stuck my toe in 1 several times before it gave out...yes I have a grill/cover now :P )

Cons: None I found.

Other Thoughts: I use 8 of these in a push/pull system on 2x120mm 30-fpi radiators.

3 out of 5 eggsCapable fans but not impressive

This review is from: Cooler Master SickleFlow 120 - Sleeve Bearing 120mm Red LED Silent Fan for Computer Cases, CPU Coolers, and Radiators

Pros: Good led fan rated for use with radiators. Provides great visual effect in the case.

Cons: Does not push enough air through the radiator to be as effective as needed. The fans do not meet the performance as indicated on the specs sheet.

Other Thoughts: I had mixed feelings on these fans as they look great in my case but I had to move on to the Corsair SP 120 high performance as they gave better performance within my water cooled system. If air cooling, I think these fans would be a good addition to your rig.

I gave 3 eggs as it is marketed as a Computer Case, CPU cooler and Radiator fan (not good for radiators).

4 out of 5 eggsDecent Fans - Good airflow, mediocre LED

This review is from: Cooler Master SickleFlow 120 - Sleeve Bearing 120mm Red LED Silent Fan for Computer Cases, CPU Coolers, and Radiators

Pros: This fan delivers on the airflow. The black looks pretty nice in a red/black themed build, too.

Cons: I don't love the LEDs. Not much illumination for the overall build. It makes the fan look a little bit cooler, but it give it kind of a "cheap" look in my opinion.

4 out of 5 eggsNo Compromises Fan

This review is from: Cooler Master SickleFlow 120 - Sleeve Bearing 120mm Red LED Silent Fan for Computer Cases, CPU Coolers, and Radiators

Pros: 1) Mostly Quiet but can hear without headset at 100%
2) Moves a ton of air at 100%
3) Easy to Install
4) Good upgrade for stock 120mm fans in cases
5) Works well as side panel fan in Rosewill FBM-01
6) Red LED looks amazing in case
7) Clean Packaging
8) Cooler Master Name
9) Comes with 3 pin to molex adapter
10) ~2000rpm

Cons: 1) Not advertised 2000rpm, more like 1836rpm by speedfan
2) There's no way its 70 cfm if the AF120 by corsair doesn't even make that.
2) Probably don't stick your finger in it accidentally, i got 2 chunks cut out of my skin :/

Other Thoughts: Red led is nice. Nice overall fan. Dust catcher, need to clean often. Thats pretty much all that i can say about a great cooler master fan. Thanks cooler master!

3 out of 5 eggsNot So Silent

This review is from: Cooler Master SickleFlow 120 - Sleeve Bearing 120mm Red LED Silent Fan for Computer Cases, CPU Coolers, and Radiators

Pros: Good LED color
Cheap

Cons: Noisier than they say they are. Not air noise, we're talking actual fan noise.

Other Thoughts: I was hoping that I had found a cheap quiet solution for my Deskputer build. I originally bought some quiet fans without LEDs but found it didn't showcase my work the way I wanted it to, so I needed more light. My mistake was getting Sleeve Bearing which is what these fans use. Compared to the fluid dynamic bearing fans I originally had connected to my radiator, these were immensely louder. It wasn't air noise either, it was a growling sort of sound that was amplified by my radiator and the cowl I had it mounted to. When I stopped the fans, the noise stopped. Sooooo, I'm going to use them somewhere else. Maybe my network rack so I can enclose it or something. Either way, if you want quiet fans, don't go cheap... get fluid dynamic fans. They are much more reliable and quiet.

4 out of 5 eggsMuch quieter

This review is from: Cooler Master SickleFlow 120 - Sleeve Bearing 120mm Red LED Silent Fan for Computer Cases, CPU Coolers, and Radiators

Pros: I bought this fan to replace the fan that came with the Cooler Master Seidon 120V, which sounded like a jet taking off. The fan is significantly quieter, and more tolerable. It also pushes a good amount of air, which I was worried about since it didnt have as high of RPM's as the original fan.

Cons: Still a little noisier than I was hoping, but better than the original stock fan on the Cooler Master Seidon 120V.

Other Thoughts: Mounted on the Cooler Master Seidon 120V, the temps of my i7 930 were still 39 C idle / 59 C (No O.C.)with this replacement fan. Descent... but nothing impressive
