Bigger fans are the optimal solution for modern high-tech systems. The MegaFlow fan has a diameter of 200mm and so it has a displacement volume of 184 m³/h - twice the volume of 140mm fans.

Compatibility and Application The Cooler Master MegaFlow 200 R4-LUS-07AR-GP is compatible with 230mm HAF mounts for easy upgrades. Recommended as a replacement or additional fan for HAF 932, HAF 922, COSMOS S, ATCS 840, CM Storm Sniper (Fan and LED will operate but full LED ON/OFF function will not be compatible when used on HAF 922 or CM Storm Sniper).

Probably a defective unit, but the one I got doesn't reach 600 RPMs (measured in BIOS. All the other HAF 922 stock fans correctly spin at around 1000 RPM). I started having issues with the stock case fans not being able to cool the 4 x 3TB HDDs when they were streaming media throughout my house. I installed this in the front of the case directly in line with the HDDs. Within a few minutes, the temperature of the HDDs had dropped by about 22 degrees. Although the fan has a high flow rate according to the manufacturer (110 CFM), it is very quiet. Cons: None Other Thoughts: Bear in mind that the blue LED is bright and will almost light up a room.
