Pros: There is nothing good about this laptop! AT ALL!

Cons: As soon as I turned it on when I got it the fan made a horrible noise! It would turn off by itself and the caps lock would go on randomly whenever it felt like it.

Pros: Got it during the first week.

Pros: Appearance wise, it is fine. It started right up and worked just as it should. No major signs of heavy use.

Cons: Small blemishes in screen that appear to be small half-circle outlines, almost as if 2-3 eyelashes fell in when it was apart. Battery life is poor, even for a refurb. I can not get more than an hour out of it, even under very light use. Newegg's only solution was to send the entire machine back, which did not work in my situation as this was a gift.

Other Thoughts: I feel that Newegg could have been a bit more cooperative when it came to my attempt to exchange only the battery. Returning a machine that I already had a few hours wrapped up in updating Windows and configuring it for use by my daughter was just unreasonable to me.

Pros: I got it quickly.

Cons: The product code didn't work. I had to call customer service (both for NewEgg and Dell) and both times I had to wait forever only to receive no help from anyone. I had to end up booting the system and pressing F12 to choose from one of OTHER 2 pre-existing partitions. It was a pain.

Pros: Perfectly Refurbished and just right for the needs of my grandparents. Connecting it to the internet was also seamless.
